SAT CUP WITH DEWEY KKIM/DDC

Dear KKIM Family,

May the Strength and Peace of the Lord be with you and yours forever and ever!

Just wanted you to know that I prayed for you again this morning in the Spirit, God wanted me to tell you that HE loves you and is with you. Karen Rowe

Karen you are such a blessing to me and Sharon. Your constant prayers and encouragement are amazing! We give thanks and Praise to God for you!

I also thank you all who tell me constantly you are praying for us! WOW! We are to pray for each other all the time! Thank you so much!

How precious is Your steadfast love, O God! The children of mankind take refuge in the shadow of Your wings. Psalm 36:7

I got a call yesterday when Shona Neff was in my office and we were talking about the seminar that kicks off at 9am this morning. We hope to see you at Heights Christian Church today!

Anyhow..I heard a tired but thankful voice on the other end of the phone. It was Leslie who attends Pastor Ray Frank's Church who worked at the coffee shop. Remember we have been praying for Leslie's son RJ who was in a severe car wreck in which his Dad was killed and how RJ survived that wreck in itself is a miracle. RJ has undergone over 30 surgeries and was asleep for 5 weeks........Leslie is very thankful to report to us that RJ will soon be coming home to Albuquerque wheel chair bound. Leslie says RJ has a long way's to go but.........it looks like he will be home before the end of the month, Lord Willing. PRAISE GOD! PRAISE GOD!

I told Leslie that there will be a day when RJ can share his testimony on KKIM and we will do that!!!!

Let us keep RJ and Leslie and the entire family in our prayers!

And remember this today and forward.........What is Leslie thankful for?........That her wheel chair bound son...will soon be home.

There is a message in there for all of us.

Please pray for my 94 year old Uncle Joe who ended up in the Hospital again with another infection. He is back in a rehab center for the 3rd time in a few months. This back and forth biz is hard on this man of God. Joe is like a Dad to me and has guided me in Ministry for years. He asked me to ask you to pray for him.

Frank Haley reports that Brooke played outside for the first time in weeks......The Hospital gave her some fun time! PRAISE GOD!!!

I gotta run and get ready for the seminar but I wanted to pass along Leslie message to all of you!

Listen in at 8am this morning for The Weekend Edition of New Mexico News and Views with pastor Mark Tross. His guest today is State Rep Janice E Arnold Jones who is running got Governor. Janice is a Dear, Dear friend and is a Women of God.

We have two very special messages here from our Dear friend Jannetta from the Albuquerque Rescue Mission. Jannetta is very special to us, for one thing she is the web master of the Daily Cup, so please give thanks to God for her.

Easter 2010 Washing of Feet: A Community of Compassion

Washing the feet of the homeless is done for two reasons: It is something that Jesus Christ would do. It is something that Jesus Christ DID do. “After that, Jesus poured water into a basin and began to wash his disciples' feet, drying them with the towel that was wrapped around him.” John 13:5 Many who are on the streets seldom have normal loving human contact and this outreach of foot washing with podiatric care is a way of inviting the homeless to learn about the Missions services, including its long term program of restoration in order to get off the streets permanently. The treatment begins with a warm soaking, followed by lotion and a new pair of socks. It also provides examinations and basic care for the feet of the homeless. We will be holding this event on March 27th at the Mission. If you are interested in volunteering your time or donating needed supplies please contact Jannetta LaMort, Communications Coordinator, jlamort@albqrescue.org or 505-480-2365 505-480-2365 . You will also find periodic updates on our website www.abqrescue.org

Lord, We pray for all the needs we have posted this morning.....You knew of them before we put them in writing.....We thank You for all Your blessings, for brining us all together today in prayer and praise! In the name of Jesus, AMEN!

God Bless you ........we love you all........

In the Love of Christ, Dewey Sharon and family
