The Widow's Mite Cup KKIM/DDC
Dear KKIM Family,

We have no power ourselves.........our power comes from God..........
Spread yourself out today on the floor....stretch out your hands and legs and give your entire being to God!
Are you learning in Church?
Do you find yourself taking notes during the sermon?
Or do you just kind'a go to Church?
Do you live about 28% of your life for the Lord?
I have to tell you once again the Lord showed me this weekend the value of fellowship! I see it time and time again the benefits of God's people being together in worship.
My prayer for those of you who do not have a Church is that you will enable the Lord to lead you to one. You need the fellowship, whether you believe it or not. You may be dealing with hurts or disappointment with your last Church but now is the time to give that up! The Lord has something new for you!
We have to many people who say they believe in God stay at home on Sundays! You have Godly talents that the Lord has given you to use for HIS purpose, get out and spread your wings!
The Widow's Two Mites!
Luke 21:1-4
And He looked up and saw the rich putting their gifts into treasury, and He saw also a certain poor widow putting in two mites. So he said, "Truly I say to you that this poor widow has put in more than all; for all these out of their abundance have put in offerings for God, but she out of her poverty put in all the livelihood that she had."
Sharon and I got a very inspirational letter from Martha of White Rock, NM and a gift for the Ministry. Martha is a widow.......Here is what Martha had to say........
Dear Dewey and Sharon,
This is just the widow's mite that I KNOW God can multiply according to His pleasure and His abundant resources!............
Sharon and I received that on Saturday and Pastor Jim preached on the Widow's Mite yesterday!
We Love you Martha and you are an inspiration to me and Sharon..........and many others......Martha has become a very special friend calling me and keeping informed. I love to hear from you all!
Let us all learn from Martha and the MITE of WIDOW's!!!
My life is worth nothing unless I use it for doing the work assigned me by the Lord Jesus. Acts 20:24
Let us pray...........
Lord, thank you for your servants like Martha.who inspire us to go forward in faith.........We pray today for Brooke who is still in ICU, Lord.you know this illness, you know Brooke, you know the Doctor's and Nurses......we pray for your will to be done . In the name of Jesus, AMEN!
