Walk with Jesus Cup KKIM/DDC

I would like to share something with you today from a book that Pastor Don Kimbro and his lovely wife Dorothy gave me......
It is 10 Things Every Minister Needs To Know by Ronnie Floyd.
It is AWESOME!
Floyd writes.......I also have added in my 2 cents now and then.........LOL!
Reality television is huge in media markets today.
It just cuts through stuff and gives you the actual reality that is happening.
People are sick and tired of plastic ministries building plastic churches. This is why authenticity is now the buzz. Get real with me.
Your walk with Jesus Christ determines everything about your life........read that again........Our walk with Jesus determines everything...everything about our lives!
We need to picture ourselves walking right next to Jesus!
This does not mean that life will not have moments of suffering or challenges!!!!
Suffering will always be part of life! Look what they did to Jesus!
Are you being stoned yet?
What it does mean is that the degree to which you walk with God will determine the degree of everything else you experience in life.
Read that again..........pray over it.........
Through our walk with Jesus, you will keep perspective.
Through your walk, you will eventually know where the Lord is leading you.
Through your walk, you will have the power to endure the challenges of church life today.....of everyday life.
Through your walk, you will gain insight and wisdom for decision-making. WOW! That is so trure.more clear than ever.......That is why we have so much poor decision making going on in our Country many leaders are not walking with the Lord.
Through your walk, you can live above the temptations and ethical challenges of our culture.
That is another reason we need to care so much for our Children...to help them in their walk and have them put on the armor of God each day.
Through your walk. I love this one.it is so descriptive.........
Through your walk........you will be able to win over the FLAMING MISSILES that are hurled toward you by Satan himself.
Satan is out to destroy us!
It is our walk with Jesus Christ that can be the artillery to win over his demonic forces.
As our walk with Jesus goes, so goes the rest of our lives!
What a POWERFUL message today! AMEN!

Please pray for Denver Moore. Pastor Leonard Navarre called and said that Denver was rushed to a hospital last night with a blood clot. Denver co-authored with Ron Hall the book, "Same Kind of Different as me" Denver and Ron have released another book. We had Ron on talking about the first one, which I have read it is AWESOME! Our prayers are with Denver.
Please pray for Lena as she undergoes medical check-up!
Please pray that all goes well in the closing of Dewey and Sharon's home in Los Alamos. pray for our realtor Teddie Sue. This has been a long, long road!
Let us pray............
Lord we pray today for the health of Denver and Lena and all those who are ill. We pray Lord that through today's message many will walk closer with You. In the name of Jesus, AMEN!
