Subject: prayer requests

Dear beloved Don,
Isaiah 9:1-2
Thousands of Christians, all over the world, are praying these days for the Muslims who are fasting their month of Ramadan. According to their faith, this fasting month, is one of their 5 pillars of faith. They believe, beside other things, that if they fast, God would grant them forgiveness of all their past sins. Eph. 2; 8, 9. Violet and I pray, on daily basis for the salvation of Muhammads, Fatimas Ahmads. Khadijas Osamas, A'ishas and A'bduls etc, etc.

Yesterday evening, as I parked my car by our center, I received a long distance call from Sweeden. At the other end was a new MBB young man, he and his family run away from Iraq for their lives they found refuge in one of the evangelical churches in Amman Jordan. After a while they left to Sweeden. The young man got my name and phone number from a friend in Jordan. This family is on fire for Jesus, they are burdened with love to the Muslims, and they want to see them come to Christ. Part of their time, they spend on the computer chatting with Muslims. The young man's sister became a friend with Safa, a Muslim girl from Israel. She is studying in Teaberries, since there is no evangelical Arabic speaking church there, Safa started going to a Catholic one, the priest baptized her with sprinkling water, and he offers her one meal a day. Her family is threatening her, they stopped supporting her, and she is now in a great danger and need, a need for food and other expense, and a need for a family to host her. The MBB young man got my phone through a friend in Jordan, he asked me to help her to help this Israeli Muslim young girl. I promised the guy to visit her today and see how we can help her spiritually and financially.
I made an appointment with the girl to visit her today in Teaberries. Please pray for Safa, that she will be able to see the whole light and be saved, and for Violet and for me as we minister to her. We may suggest for her to move to Haifa, we think she would enjoy the fellowship with our daughters and the rest of the brothers and sisters in the church.
Pray for Safa's safety, for ours and for the salvation of many Muslims especially in their month of fasting.
Please keep praying for Rowan and for her family
Together with you in Jesus service
Philip & Violet Saa'd
Wow! Does God answer quickly or what? Thanks to the pastoral heart of our brother Pastor Philip Saa'd and his wife Violet, Safa is now an MBB (Muslim Background Believer). This is what God is doing in the Middle East. Thank you all for praying. By the way, if anyone of you would like to email Pastor Philip and Violet Saa'd at the Haifa Church please feel free. They would love to hear from you and received your encouragement. God bless.

Love in Christ,
Pastor Don

Let is hear from Pastor Leonard....

"So we tell others about Jesus Christ, warning everyone and teaching everyone with all the wisdom God has given us. We want to present them to God completely mature in their relationship with Jesus Christ. That's why I work and struggle so hard, depending totally upon Jesus Christ's mighty power that works within me." Colossians 1:28-29 (NLT)

I am praying for you and your families.

Leonard

Let us hear from Pastor Paul Sheppard of Enduring Truth, heard weekdays at 4pm and 9pm on KKIM........

Dear Ministry Partner,

In the midst of your busy week ... I want to encourage you to be a "praiser." Wake up praising God. Go to bed praising God. Drive to work praising God. Throughout each day, find time to give God praise.

Here are seven reasons why we should praise God regularly:

We were created to praise God (1 Pet. 2:9).
God deserves our constant praise (Ps. 113:3).
Praise is the best way to approach God in prayer (Matt. 6:9).
Praise wards off heaviness and despair (Isa. 61:3).
It's the best response to the goodness of God (Ps. 103:2-5).
It's an offering that truly pleases God (Heb. 13:15).
Praise often leads to victory (2 Chron. 20:1-24).
No matter what your circumstance, God is worthy of our praise. What will you praise Him for today?

Yours for the Kingdom,

Pastor Paul Sheppard

Enduring Truth certainly has become a very popular Ministry program on KKIM over the last couple of years! I keep hearing from folks that just love Pastor Paul and his program!

Lord we thank you for all the Godly people you send our way......and their messages for You and Your way. We thank you for Pastor Garland Moore who baptized 46 people in his Church for You. Thank You Lord for the opportunity to serve You and Your people. In the name of Jesus, AMEN!

In the Love of Christ, Dewey Sharon and family
