Blessings to you today and to your lovely wife Sharon. I thought you would like to know that our prayer meeting last night was a blessing. We had about 60 folks show up from around the city. Thanks to KKIM for all of the great publicity. I believe God is blessing this effort and it will only grow in participation and intensity because — we are praying. Prayer touches God's heart like no other way. God bless.

Dewey,

I so enjoyed our conversation, and am looking forward to working together on the seminar, etc.

I thought you would find the attached information fun, and uplifting. Although it is light-hearted, it is also full of wisdom, and since we know God uses many messengers, I encourage reading it closely, while smiling Big. J

Subject: Installing Love

Tech Support: Yes, how can I help you?

Customer: Well, after much consideration, I've decided to install Love. Can you guide me through the process?

T.S.: Yes. I can help you. Are you ready to proceed?

C: Well, I'm not very technical, but I think I'm ready.
What do I do first?

T.S.: The first step is to open your Heart. Have you located your Heart?

C: Yes, but there are several other programs running now.
Is it okay to install Love while they are running?

T.S.: What programs are running?

C: Let's see, I have Past Hurt, Low Self-Esteem, Grudge, and Resentment running right now.

T.S.: No problem. Love will gradually delete Past Hurt from your current operating system. It may remain in your permanent memory, but it will no longer disrupt other programs. Love will eventually override Low Self-Esteem with a module of its own called High Self-Esteem. However, you have to completely turn off Grudge and Resentment.
Those programs prevent Love from being properly installed.
Can you turn those off?

C: I don't know how to turn them off. Can you tell me how?

T.S.: With pleasure. Go to your Start menu and invoke Forgiveness. Do this as many times as necessary until Grudge and Resentment have been completely deleted.

C: Okay, done! Love has started installing itself. Is that normal?

T.S.: Yes, but remember that you have only the base program. You need to begin connecting to other Hearts in order to get the upgrades.

C: Oops! I have an error message already. It says, "Error - Program not run on external components." What should I do?

T.S.: Don't worry. It means that the Love program is set up to run on Internal Hearts, but has not yet been run on your Heart. In non-technical terms, it simply means you have to Love yourself before you can Love others.

C: So what should I do?

T.S. Pull down Self-Acceptance; then click on the following files: Forgive-Self; Realize Your Worth; and Acknowledge Your Limitations.

C: Okay, done.

T.S.: Now copy them to the "My Heart" directory. The system will overwrite any conflicting files and begin patching faulty programming. Also, you need to delete Verbose Self-Criticism from all directories and empty your Recycle Bin to make sure it is completely gone and never comes back.

C: Got it. Hey! My Heart is filling up with new files.
Smile is playing on my monitor and Peace and Contentment are copying themselves all over my Heart. Is this normal?

T.S.: Sometimes. For others, it takes awhile, but eventually gets it at the proper time. So, Love is installed and running. One more thing before we hang up.
Love is Freeware. Be sure to give it and its various components to everyone you meet. They will in turn, share it with others and return some cool components back to you.

I hope you enjoyed this.

I have gotten many requests for copies of this special report KKIM's Frank Haley read on Labor Day........

Hello NM Im fh, Happy Labor day everybody,

As you rest from your daily labor today, I'd like to tell you how you can live a healther life by following
God's word. The Bible says that God first
separated the salt water from the fresh, made dry land, planted a garden,
made animals and fish... all before making a human. He made and provided
what we'd need before we were born. These are best & more powerful when
eaten raw. We're such slow learners...

God left us a great clue as to what foods help what part
of our body!
God's Pharmacy is Amazing!
A sliced Carrot looks like the human eye. The pupil, iris
and radiating lines look just like the human eye... and YES, science now
shows carrots greatly enhance blood flow to and function of the eyes.
A Tomato has four chambers and is red. The heart has four
chambers and is red. Research shows tomatoes are loaded with
lycopine and are indeed pure heart and blood food.
Grapes hang in a cluster that has the shape of the heart.
Each grape looks like a blood cell and research shows
grapes are also profound heart and blood vitalizing food.
A Walnut looks like a little brain, a left and right
hemisphere, upper cerebrums and lower cerebellums. Even the wrinkles or
folds on the nut are just like the neo-cortex. We now know walnuts help
develop more than three (3) dozen neuron-transmitters for brain function.
Kidney Beans actually heal and help maintain kidney
function and yes, they look exactly like the human kidneys.
Celery, Rhubarb and many more look just like
bones. These foods specifically target bone strength. Bones are 23% sodium
and these foods are 23% sodium. If you don't have enough sodium in your
diet, the body pulls it from the bones, thus making them weak. These foods
replenish the skeletal needs of the body.
Avocadoes, Eggplant and Pears target the health and
function of the womb and cervix of the female - they look just like these
organs. Today's research shows that when a woman eats one avocado a week, it
balances hormones, sheds unwanted birth weight, and prevents cervical
cancers. And how profound is this? It takes exactly nine (9) months to grow
an avocado from blossom to ripened fruit. There are over 14,000 photolytic
chemical constituents of nutrition in each one of these foods (modern
science has only studied and named about 141 of them).
Figs are full of seeds and hang in twos when they grow.
Figs increase the mobility of male sperm and increase the numbers of Sperm
as well to overcome male sterility.
Sweet Potatoes look like the pancreas and actually balance the
glycemic index of diabetics.
Olives assist the health and function of the ovaries
Oranges, Grapefruits, and other Citrus fruits look just
like the mammary glands of the female and actually assist the health of the
breasts and the movement of lymph in and out of the breasts.
Onions look like the body's cells. Today's research shows
onions help clear waste materials from all of the body cells. They even
produce tears which wash the epithelial layers of the eyes. A working
companion, Garlic, also helps eliminate waste materials and dangerous free
radicals from the body.
So If we'd just follow God's clues in the Bible in all things, food, attitudes, situations,
relationships, we'd be a lot better off. I hope you have a restful Labor day. and remember
starting eating those fresh fruits and vegetables that the Bible and your Mother have been
tell you to eat all along.

I'm fh cjf ...

Pat sent this in....watch it it is so CUTE!!

Too bad they can't understand him, because he is
really intentional about his message.. I've never seen anything like it.
He even knows when he's finished!

I would like to see him when he can really talk.

You can't tell what he is saying, but he is a preachin' !

This is one the cutest things I have seen in a while. I just had to share it with you..

This is from our dear friend David Standridge of Warrior Life.........

There is an Enemy!

Enemy is defined as: one that is antagonistic to another; especially: one seeking to injure, overthrow, or confound an opponent 2: something harmful or deadly 3 a: a military adversary b: a hostile unit or force

We are familiar with the term of enemy when it comes to military movies, games, political discussions and even sporting events. We often throw the term around in a nonchalant sort of way. As a man who is seeking to live a warrior life, however, we must realize that we have an enemy and that enemy is out to destroy us.

It is real easy to kind of throw off the idea of an actual enemy out to hurt you, but it is an everyday reality for those living the warrior life. If you ask most military folks they will tell you that the most dangerous enemy is the one you cannot see and who is camoflauged from perception. In the realm of war, it is easy to handle an enemy that is openly attacking you from across the field, but it is much more difficult when that enemy employs stealth and deceit to your harm.

So too in our everyday lives, we must become diligent to understand, recognize and be on the alert for the enemy that is trying to take you out. The enemy we face is coming to kill, steal and destroy you. John 10:10. Those are not just some ho-hum words. Those are words of caution and warning. too often, however, we do not head he warning. If we truly lived to the level of an on guard, alert warrior then we would be much more careful about who and what we allow to come into our lives. Your current state of life is a direct result of the level of caution you have exercised over yourself on an everyday basis. Despite this fact, we still continue to operate in life with a less than alert state of being towards our enemy. Your enemy, Satan, is real and has a real life plan for you and your future.

Think about the difference between a fight an attack. A fight is where two men decide on rules, length of time, manner of approach, etc. In a fight, certain boundaries exist for the ultimate protection of the fighters. Fights often involve strategy, skill, etc. An attack, on the other hand, is a no holds bar, aggressive assault on an individual. The attack is not welcomed. The attack is not asked for. The attack does not follow any rules. The attacker uses whatever is available to accomplish the goal. The one being attacked either responds by fleeing, cowering or attacking back with an all out assault. The difference between the two is necessary to understand what sort of life you live. Your enemy will not "fight" you. There are no ground rules. There are no fluffy gestures, boundaries or borders. Your enemy is seeking to attack you. To take you off guard. To use any tactic or method to bring you down. He is seeking whom he can devour. 1 Peter 5:8.

What methods are employed for your demise? You must recognize them if you plan on being successful in your warrior life. The attack on you can come from the weapon of anger, alcohol, porn, fear, laziness, complacency, etc. Whatever you find as a weakness in your life, that is the method that your enemy will use to cut you down. This isn't a panzy topic. This is an absolutely necessary issue you must face. You must realize that your enemy will come to destroy you.

It is amazing how many men are lulled to sleep and ultimately destroyed without ever even trying to put up a counter attack against the enemy. If a robber broke into your house and wanted to rape your wife, eat your food, sit in your chair would you just sit back and let it happen. NO, absolutely not!!!! However, we do that everyday when it comes to our lives. We watch things we shouldn't watch, we listen to things we shouldn't listen to, we invite relationships into our lives that do not build us up and we think on things that are not in line with our true warrior spirit. Such small things come in and eventually lead us down the path of complacency and mediocrity. It's not the big things that we need to be worried about (we all would probably be aware of the big things). It is the little things that creep in that start to bring mold into our lives.

I for one am done with living a life on terms of the enemy. I am ready to move forward. I know that moving forward requires me to acknowledge and live with the instinct that there is an enemy and that enemy is trying to destroy me. As I make this declaration, I know that I need to bring my life to a higher level of alertness. I must be aware of my surroundings, my thoughts and my decisions. I challenge you today to recognize how the enemy has come after your life. Has the enemy attacked your body? your marriage? your mind? If so, rise up today and understand that you do not have to continue to live at the mercy of your enemy. Rise up today and reclaim the warrior spirit.

Wilma and Mia were thrown together by the Holocaust, living as 'sisters' to fool the Nazis. The end of the war separated them - until Saturday.
By Rhoda Fukushima rgfukushima@pioneerpress.com

Article Last Updated: 09/07/2008 12:19:07 AM CDT

Wilma Stienstra's back was stick-straight. Her hands grabbed her cane. Her toes tapped the floor. A bouquet of sunflowers and statice lay on her lap. She looked expectantly as passengers walked through the 'International Arrivals' door at the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport on Saturday afternoon.
Stienstra, of Lake Crystal, Minn., was waiting for Mia Lakmaker to arrive from Israel, by way of Amsterdam.
During the Holocaust, Stienstra's family hid Lakmaker, a little Jewis h girl, from the Nazis at their home in the Netherlands. Lakmaker stayed with them for 2 1/2 years.
That was 63 years ago. The last time the two saw each other, Lakmaker was 5; Stienstra was 13.
"I just want to hold her, squeeze her," Stienstra said before the reunion. "I think she wants to do the same."
HIDING IN THE NETHERLANDS
In 1942, Wilma Stienstra was Wilma Woudstra, 11, the sixth of eight children of Sipke and Femmy Woudstra.
The Woudstras lived in the city of IJlst in the northern part of the Netherlands. A well-to-do family, they had a big house and a maid.
Sipke Woudstra decided their family would hide Jews during the Holocaust — at no small risk to their own safety. Many families in their small city hid Jews through an underground network.
"We were a Christian family," Stienstra said. "My father thought it was horrible that the Germans rounded up Jews. Just to kill people you don't like ..."
The Woudstras first hid a Jewish couple, who

lived in the upstairs part of the house. Wilma loved spending time with "Aunt Susie."
Six months later, Sipke Woudstra decided to take in another person, a child. The day the child was to arrive, Sipke Woudstra told his children they had to go to bed early so they would not see the person who brought her.
That night, a woman left Mia Lakmaker with the Woudstras. She was 2 1/2 years old.
"She started screaming for her mother," Stienstra recalled.
PART OF THE BROOD
In many ways, Wilma became Mia's surrogate mother.
Wilma took care of her, washed her, put her to bed.
"Mia and I really bonded," Stienstra said.
Mia also filled a huge void in the Woudstra home. The family was still grieving Wilma's little sister, who had died the previous year.
Mia became part of the brood. On e day, German soldiers came to their town. They let her be.
"We said she was a little evacuee from Amsterdam," Stienstra recalled. "Other people in our town didn't ask. They knew."
In 1945, the war ended. The Woudstra children pleaded to keep Mia, but it wasn't to be. Perhaps her parents are still alive, their parents said. Besides, it wasn't acceptable then to keep Jewish children with Christian families.
"It was very hard" to let her go, Stienstra said.
Mia Lakmaker was too young to know her parents had been ordered to go to a "work camp," a euphemism for a Nazi concentration camp. They boarded a train for Sobibor, Poland, and were later gassed to death. Her parents were in their 20s. She was their only child.
After the war, an aunt claimed Mia and a cousin who had developed tuberculosis in a camp. Living in a small apartment, Mia also contracted TB. She was sent to a sanitarium for over a year and was abandoned. After she recovered, she was placed with foster parents, who raised her.
Over time, the Woudstras lost track of her. But they always wondered what had happened to their little Mia.
'WILMA, I HAVE NEWS'
Last fall, at her home in Tel Aviv, Israel, Lakmaker was looking over old photos. She came across a picture of a family with a notation: "This is the family Woudstra who hid you for 2 1/2 years. 1943-1945."
Lakmaker wanted to find the family. Eventuall y, she contacted a television station in the Netherlands, which did a story on her search. Stienstra's brothers heard about the piece and called their sister in Minnesota.
"Wilma, I have news ..." her brother said.
In time, Lakmaker and Stienstra had an emotional reunion on the phone. Stienstra started filling in some of the blanks from the years Lakmaker lived with her family.
"I could tell her what was in her little suitcase that her mother packed — the little tea service," Stienstra said.
They could also catch up.
Lakmaker is 68 now, Stienstra 76. Both are retired. Lakmaker is married with three children and seven grandchildren. Stienstra is married with five children and nine grandchildren. Stienstra and her husband, a minister, lived in several cities in Canada and the United States before retiring to Lake Crystal.
Though the two women talked by phone regularly, a face-to-face reunion was doubtful. Stienstra is not well enough to travel, and Lakmaker could not afford the trip to the Twin Cities.
But with help from Northwest Airlines and the Jewish Community Relations Council of Minnesota and the Dakotas, the pair found themselves at the international arrivals door Saturday.
TOGETHER AGAIN
"Mia!"
"Oh, my God!"
"Nice to see you!"
"I'm crying I'm so happy!"
Stienstra hugged Lakmaker tightly and wouldn't let go. When she did, s he clasped Lakmaker's hand for a moment, then put her hand through the crook of Lakmaker's arm.
In time, Lakmaker met Stienstra's husband, daughter, son-in-law, son and grandson, who had come for the reunion. The Stienstras met Lakmaker's cousin, who had traveled with her.
Tears streamed down Lakmaker's cheeks. Stienstra gently rubbed them away.
Like a mother would.

God Bless you all, Dewey Sharon and family
