Just A Quick Cup with Dewey KKIM/DDC
Good Morning KKIM Family,
I did not intend to write today, but the Lord has spoken to my heart to share this........
Many of you know that I play softball with the Heights Christian Church team. Last night we lost our final game.....but we did not LOSE!
I am thankful to God for the time I have had with these men. What brothers in Christ! When a fellow teammate would mess up there was never any yelling or judgement.......just encouragement. There was always prayer and care. These men have inspired me in my walk with Jesus Christ.
You never know who you are touching in your walk with Jesus Christ. Few things are more infectious than a godly lifestyle. The people you rub shoulders with everyday need that kind of challenge (me included)
We do not need to be prudish, not preachy....just crackerjack clean living!
Just honest-to-goodness, bone deep, non hypocritical integrity. Authentic obedience to God.
Please think about this.........and pray about this..........picture yourself today walking and talking with Jesus.
I thank you Lord for my friends at Heights Christian for their walk with you made me grow closer to YOU! AMEN!!!
