Dewey's Daily Cup

Dear KKIM Family,

Today being 9/11 you would think I would have a lot to say. But God has stopped me this morning from writing........to reflect and be silent and seek HIM.

God has told me to share this with you........

Today as all days, there will be a lot of nothing noise.........a lot of words spokes that mean nothing.

Today I am going to the funeral of 29 year old Ryan Husted.

On 9/11 a great number of deaths occurred and since then many more with the war.

There is Hope for troubled times.........and it is in Jesus Christ.

There is hope everywhere.

Today God gives milk

and I have the pail

God is the only hope in this troubled world.........true peace can only be found in HIM.

The last month or so I have been blessed by two people who have served time in prison. Jenny and Karen. Jenny was arrested 24 times before age 16........Karen has been in prison 3 times........repeat offenders....but you know what? they have been broken down......they have been sexually abused, beaten, spit upon...........they have told their stories on KKIM. They have been raised up by Jesus Christ and HIS angels. Both Jenny and Karen are walking with the Lord......What a miracle!!! Why do I share this today on 9/11..........because God told me to tell all of us that HE still does miracles and we need to put our faith in HIM and HIM alone.

America has been looking for a leader.................and Jesus Christ has been waiting.

In Timothy 4:7, Paul says, "train yourself in godliness"
