We are in a day when most do not, as Paul said, tolerate

 sound doctrine.

But we must, as my hero Paul said, be serious about everything, endure hardship, do the work of an evangelist, fulfill your ministry.

We all have a Ministry…….do you know yours? We all have a call, do you know yours?

How Important is Radio/TV Ministry? Saturday night I got a text message from Michelle Archulata who has been keeping us informed as to the health status of Scott Cheney, that Scott is now opening his eye’s and moving his fingers and that he and his wife Marci saw our TV program Saturday night from his hospital bed, and they said it was such an encouragement to them! FOR GOD’S GLORY ALONE! We BOAST in our LORD! This is one of the Godly Key’s that Radio and TV Ministry has..to give others hope, to speak Godly encouragement to them! It is when man abuses this gift that Christian Radio and TV goes haywire! Here at the Radio Ranch we are just vessels that God is using for His purpose.

For God’s Glory Alone!!!!!

(Montreat, NC)   —  Reverend Billy Graham goes home.  The world renowned evangelist was released from a North Carolina hospital on Sunday where he was treated for pneumonia.  The hospital says the 92-year old Graham has gone back to his home in Montreat, North Carolina.  He was in Mission Hospital in Ashville for five days.  Doctors there say his recovery will be slow but that he responded very well to treatment.   Drs. expect Graham to have a gradual recovery and   he should be able to return to normal activities in a matter of weeks.

(Jerusalem)  —   Israeli troops opened fire on pro-Palestinian demonstrators attempting to breach its borders on three fronts, killing at least 13 people. Scores more were wounded at Israel’s borders with Syria, Lebanon and Gaza.

Clashes also erupted in the West Bank and East Jerusalem as Palestinians commemorated Nakba Day, the anniversary marking the 1948 war in which hundreds of thousands of people became refugees after being forced out of their homes.

Thousands of Palestinian refugees in Syria marched towards the village of Majdal Shams in the Golan Heights, which Israel captured from Syria in 1967. At least four people were killed by Israeli troops as they crossed the border, Israel Radio reported. Up to 20 were injured, according to the Israeli Magen David Adom ambulance service.

A statement from the Israeli military said: “Thousands of Syrian civilians breached the Israel-Syria border near the Israeli village of Majdal Shams.

“IDF forces opened fire in order to prevent the violent rioters from illegally infiltrating Israeli territory. From initial reports there are dozens of injured that are receiving medical care in a nearby hospital.”

Most of the inhabitants of Majdal Shams, a large village close to the border, hold Syrian citizenship and have family on the other side of the border, from whom they are cut off. The Israeli army declared the area, which is heavily mined, a closed military zone on Sunday.

Despite being occupied by Israel for 44 years, the Golan is usually calm. Syria has repeatedly demanded Israel hand back the area.

In Gaza, around 60 people were injured by shelling and machine-gun fire when protesters approached the heavily fortified Erez border crossing, according to Palestinian medical sources. Israelis living near Gaza were advised to stay inside bomb shelters.

The Israeli security forces were braced for wide-scale protests on Nakba Day – the most highly charged day in the Palestinian calendar – and had deployed around 10,000 troops and police along the country’s borders and in the Palestinian territories. The West Bank was subject to a 24-hour closure, with only emergency access permitted.

There was also unrest in East Jerusalem, fuelled by the death of a 17-year-old Palestinian boy who was shot in the stomach during clashes on Friday. He died in hospital on Saturday.

In Tel Aviv, an Israeli man was killed and 17 injured when a truck ran into vehicles and pedestrians. It was not clear whether the incident was an accident or a deliberate attack. The truck’s 22-year-old Israeli-Arab driver said he lost control of the vehicle due to faulty brakes.

>>Rising Mississippi Forces Folks To Higher Ground

(Undated)  —  People are heading to higher ground as the swollen Mississippi River keeps rising.  Greenville, Mississippi should see the river peak at 65 feet today, less than half a foot shy of the record set in 1927.  In Louisiana, thousands of homes and farms could flood after the Army Corps of Engineers opened the Morganza Spillway over the weekend to divert water away from Baton Rouge and New Orleans.  Meanwhile, cities upstream are still dealing with floodwaters.

Do not be discouraged my friends be in prayer….seek the Lord and carry out the Great Commission…..this is when all of God’s people need to be in HIS Word and pray and listen.

Let us read the word’s of Paul………..2 Timothy 4: 2-5

Proclaim the message; persist in it whether convenient or not; rebuke, correct, and encourage with great patience and teaching. For the time will come when they will not tolerate sound doctrine, but according to their own desires, will multiply teachers for themselves because they have an itch to hear something new. They will turn away from hearing the truth and will turn aside to myths. But as for you, be serious about everything, endure hardship, do the work of an evangelist, fulfill your Ministry.

Money……Money…….what some do with their money…….

Albuquerque Businessman, Jack Rust has given $10 Million dollars toward the building of the new Presbyterian Hospital! PRAISE GOD!

on the other side of things………

New York Yankees baseball Catcher Jose Posada who is being paid 13.1 million this year was in the line up to bat 9th the other night and had a FIT! He refused to play! What a role model! I can’t find it anywhere they  are at least thinking of suspending him!

I am losing interest in Pro baseball…….too much money!

As my hero since I was 6 years old, Harmon Killebrew is in hospice waiting for the Lord to call him home…..You would think these guys like Posada would be so ever thankful to put the Uniform on and play…You would think Posada would think of all the starving children, homeless people, people who would love to play in the majors!!!.But no, he was just laughing with reporters and players the next day….so out of touch with reality..so out of touch with God……Money…….Money……..

Then you have the Minnesota Twins Catcher who is paid what, 24 million a year? He can’t even DH!!! The guy can’t play with a hang nail! he’s always hurt! he still get’s paid! In the days of Killebrew, players played HURT!

And in Minnesota many are scrambling around like Chickens with their heads cut off searching for money and land to get the Vikings Football team a new Billion dollar stadium deal!!! All this while the state is broke!

Nothing to do with the Kingdom of Jesus Christ, nothing to do with fulfilling the Great Commission…….Money, Money…..tax payer money….

I have shared this with you this morning so you can really see the LIGHT of a man giving 10 million to Presbyterian Hospital in a state that needs better medical care…….to Harmon Killebrew a Gentle Giant man of God who is passing onto heaven an excellent role model for all…..to the DARKNESS……a player being paid just over 13 mil and refuses to play in the game because he is batting ninth! To the Minn Twins Catcher is being paid some 24 mil this year and doesn’t play because he says he is hurt, he get’s paid no matter what! He won’t even DH! And Minn leaders chasing Millions of dollars for a new stadium for the Football Vikings while the state is broke and people can’t find jobs and children are hungry.

And to think, we just finished an effort to rescue Orphans in Mozambique for just $68.00…just a $68.00 one time gift rescued an Orphan for a year!…Into a Christian home…….the world is so upside down.

The closer I walk with Jesus, the more I find present day Pro Sports and all the money, unsettling.

By the way…You talk about LIGHT!!! PRAISE GOD, here is what the KKIM/KARS family did!!! We surpassed our goal and went over 200 Rescued Orphans…..I am still getting calls of people wanting to give! If you want to help these Orphans, just call email me. I am very thankful for our Family here at the CUP and KKIM/KARS, knowing that our riches our stored in heaven!
