We must be BOLD………..
Some will say I can’t have a large Church….reaching many for Jesus if I am BOLD………some very small Church’s will say, I cannot speak Boldly….. I will chase off the members I have…….
Oh my friends, we have two prime examples of two Church’s speaking Boldly for Jesus in New Mexico…….
Pastor Steve Smothermon of Legacy Church in Albuquerque has been anointed by God to lead many…….He speaks Boldly for Jesus Christ…he speaks God’s Word head on……..The Church is now over 14,000 members the largest Church in New Mexico and gives more money to causes right here in Albuquerque than any other Church…Legacy speaks the Word and put’s God’s Word into action on the ground…….
Pastor Brandon Shaffer of Valley View Christian Church in Edgewood, New Mexico, a small community, where Pastor Leonard Navarre serves as Associates Pastor, (both have been so anointed by God!))has grown to about 500 and is having to build on to accommodate all those that the Lord is sending to Valley View! Valley View just completed many of it’s community projects this Mothers Day weekend giving free oil changes to single Mothers.
So there you have it……..Pastor’s Boldly Preaching the Word…….Church’s growing in Jesus Christ, Church’s giving back to their communities.
All three of these Pastor’s are of course assisted by many Godly people around them!!!! I know all three, they speak out against such un Godly things as Abortion and all other un Godly legislation!!!!
Two examples………a smaller church growing because of Boldness and a large church still growing because of Boldness………Not afraid to speak God’s Truth…..
By the way Legacy Church is expanding on the East side of Albuquerque opening up at Montgomery and Wyoming in the coming months……..
I also need to add THESE ARE JUST TWO EXAMPLES……..OTHERS ARE DOING THE SAME…but the point is, we must be BOLD and not SHY about GOD’S WORD!
