What did you learn this Easter CUP? KKIM/KARS DDC

Dear KKIM/KARS family,

 

Our prayer has been that you have grown closer to our Lord through this past Easter………Grown closer to His way, His word……..

Stability in the storm comes not from seeking a new message but from understanding an old one. The most reliable anchor points are not recent discoveries, but are time-tested truths that have held their ground against the winds of change. Truths like:

My life is not futile. My failures are not fatal. My death is not final.

That is from Max Lucado…..Oh my friends..too many look for something new…..understand God’s message, it is the same everyday!!!

Please drink this whole CUP………let us know if we can pray for you…….We would love to hear from you…..I’m praying that all the Godly energy the Church had for Holy week, continues!!!!!!!!!!

Today we are going from the streets of Albuquerque…..to China……..to Flint, Michigan……..hang on!!!!!!!!!!!

 

Do you think the Church, Body of Christ can keep the Spirit of Easter alive till next Easter? WOW! I saw and heard some amazing things..I only hope and pray that the message of Easter stays with you all everyday! If the Church and Body of Christ could keep up their enthusiasm like it just had WOW! Remember the Lord wants all of us everyday, just not at Christmas and Easter.

Please pray for Jeanell Abeyta’s Mother who has fallen and broken her hip. Jeanell is one of the Church leaders at the Lighthouse Church in Chimayo. Sharon and I loved our time there when Don Piper, the Author of 90 Minutes in Heaven spoke. I have come to know Jeanell as a great Sister in the Lord. We are praying for your Mom, Jeanell.

(Moriarty, NM)  —  A Moriarty, New Mexico church is back up and running following
a devastating arson fire late last year.  The Bethel United Methodist
Church opened back up yesterday in time for Easter services after
being closed for four months.  Police are still investigating the
December 21st fire that was set intentionally in the church’s choir
room.
