WOW! yesterday in Minneapolis, Minnesota a water pipe was hit and 14 million gallons of water gushed all over downtown!

When I went through all the names he said, “You have an excellent group of people around you.” AMEN to that! PRAISE GOD! We hear a lot from Northern new Mexico, we received a love offering from a couple in Vadito, NM yesterday! Sharon and I have a special love for Northern New Mexico!

Two Important Questions

There is no experience in life more exciting and spiritually rewarding than the adventure of fishing for people. As you follow the Lord’s instructions, your net too can be filled – even if you have never introduced anyone to Christ – even if you may be skeptical like Peter. But if you are also obedient like Peter, the Lord Jesus will honor you with the response of many people to your witness.
All over the world, I have asked two questions of millions of Christians – young and old, rich and poor, new Christians and people who have been believers for more than half a century. I have asked these questions of some of the most wealthy and famous Christians in the world. The answers are always the same no matter whom I ask.

1. What is the most important experience of your life?

   “Knowing Christ as my Savior is absolutely the most important experience in my life,” is the inevitable answer.

2. What is the most important thing that you can do to help another person?

   Again, the answer is always the same: “Help him to know Christ.”

I am sure that, if you are a Christian, you would give the same answers to these questions. Yet, how sad it is that so few Christians are sharing Christ with others. Obviously something is wrong. If you are typical of the majority of Christians today, you have never introduced anyone to Christ. You would like to do so, however, and you know in your heart that this is what God called you to do. Jesus calls to every believer, “Follow me and I will make you fishers of men.”
When you begin to fill your nets with people whom you introduce to Jesus Christ, you will begin the most exciting, joyful and rewarding adventure life has to offer. Perhaps, like the disciples, you will leave the nets of your present student, business or professional involvements to follow Him in this great adventure of witnessing for our Lord in your Jerusalem, Judea and Samaria and to the far countries of the world.

O LORD, our Lord, how excellent is thy name in all the earth! who hast set thy glory above the heavens. Out of the mouth of babes and sucklings hast thou ordained strength because of thine enemies, that thou mightest still the enemy and the avenger. When I consider thy heavens, the work of thy fingers, the moon and the stars, which thou hast ordained;
Somewhat less than one hundred years ago when I started down the road of salvation, in actuality it was 1996, I stood before the congregation of Victory Baptist Church to make my debut. Most had only known me for about 6 months, others had known me from my youth, but they hadn’t known a secret desire in my heart. That night I was about to share it with them from the platform. As I stood there clenching the podium with a white knuckled hand, using the other to clutch a microphone that trembled. I sang for the first time ever to a crowd of approximately one thousand people. Or possibly it was one hundred, but it seemed like one thousand to me. The song I will never forget was “When He Hung the Moon.”
This particular song struck a chord in my heart as a new convert. Forever and always my insecurities had left me feeling unworthy of the goodness of anyone. To think that the Lord, Who was ‘my’ Lord, and (as the song said) “from the beginning of time, I was on His mind, when He hung the moon,” left me in awe. This new found Friend that I had discovered now lived in my soul and not only knew what was behind me, but knew what was before me. He knew that the song that I sang that evening was the first of countless songs to be sung in the coming years to crowds in West Virginia, Ohio and as far as Tarlac City in the Philippine Islands. That was big stuff for this gal. But that’s the God I serve. He uses the least likely to confound the world.
God ordains it all.
Jeremiah 1:5
Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations.
It doesn’t surprise me that God can do anything, because He’s God, and I believe the Book; but it always surprises me when God does something with me. If you knew me growing up I was a wallpaper kid blending in with the room. A somewhat gifted artist, but again my insecurities would not allow it to shine. I don’t believe the insecurity part was happenstance either. I believe that God allowed that in my life to prevent a God given gift from being wasted on the world. God uses the weak things of this world to prove to us that it’s not about us, it’s about Him. He who controls the heavens, controls the earth as well.
I had that same feeling as my youngest daughter stood before the congregation and sang, “I Refuse to be Afraid.” I was in awe. As a young mother she’s grown closer in the Lord and I can see the ordination of God on her life in the ministry. Nothing just happens to us. It’s all a part of the plan.
So, what’s the plan for your life today? There is one. You are on His mind!

Your ‘Cup’ was such a blessing to me today. As you mentioned. I’ve always thought when a negative thought came into my mind that it can only stay there and me dwell on it, IF I let it. There have been so many times I have just stood still repeating “I Rebuke you Satan in the Name of Jesus” and sometimes it would take a Long Time before satan would leave my mind,and his intentional suffering, but he had too. That is a Promise from our Lord…… {Praise the Name of Jesus!
Oh the Love our Lord has for us. It amazes me daily. Like for instance here we are communicating and we live several States away, it is NOT a coincidence we became a Family in Jesus. Today is our Wedding Anniversary! PRAISE GOD!!!

I want to share a bit with you on what has took place in our marriage since we answered the call of our Lord to establish FGGAM!
In the eye’s of some we are crazy for doing what we are doing, People cannot believe that I walked away from my full-time job at KKIM. It was a calling from our Lord…….the call you cannot walk away from. God did not promise us a bed of roses here on earth, just look at the life of my hero Paul, who I will be Preaching on this Sunday at Rock Rio. Some how we have this thought in our head’s it all should be smooth sailing here on earth! Please read the Bible. The story of Paul should inspire you to know end!!!!!! The Church does not like to Preach on the fact that Paul persecuted Christians, sent them to their death, then was struck down by our Lord and saw the light!
How does this relate to my wedding anniversary?
I was once the Paul who was struck down by our Lord and saw the light and was saved. And God sent a women named Sharon to be my mate.
Sharon is a strong women, as my friend Tom told me awhile back in his living room as we sat and talked.
I have to say, at first I was embarrassed because Tom was bringing something out that I had not given Sharon full credit for, her strength to endure much.
Sharon has taught me that a women does not want a man to just “fix” problems, she wants a man to listen with his heart.
That was a paradigm shift for me and for most men.
The Lord has blessed us since we went into full-time Ministry, This calling we have received from the Lord, which we went into great prayer about and sought the counsel of Godly people, has been such a blessing to our marriage. Our finances to the secular world say we are bankrupt, to that I say the secular world is SPIRITUALLY BANKRUPT!
God is looking for Men and Women to stand in the gap for HIM and HIS people.
Ezekiel 13:5 says…….You have not gone up into the gaps and breeches, not built up the wall for the house of Israel that it might stand in the battle in the day of the Lord.
Then in Ezekiel 22:30…….
And I sought a man among them who should build up the wall and stand in the gap before Me for the land, that I should not destroy it, BUT I FOUND NONE.
I believe that God is calling us all out of our comfort zones to completely serve HIM and not man.
Do not lay up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy and where thieves break in and steal, but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroys and where thieves do not break in and steal. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also. Matt. 6:19-21
This new walk the Lord has us on is just amazing! Serving people one at a time. GETTING OUR HANDS DIRTY, DIGGING DEEP TO HELP PEOPLE BURIED IN SIN AND ADDICTIONS.
All this has brought me and Sharon closer together, as we sell off belongings, the things that rust.
As I celebrate being married to Sharon let me go to James 1:19………
The wise husband is “quick to listen slow to speak”
I pray it doesn’t take you as long as it did me to get that!
It says in Ephesians 5:16……As an understanding husband always be “making the most of your time”
“Just Talking” is a key to understanding…….

Listen and repeat back what she said to you

Don’t try to “FIX” her problems, listen. If you are asked for a specific solution then do answer.

Try to identify her feelings

Never dismiss her feelings, no matter how illogical they may seem to you! THIS IS HUGE HUGE MAY BE BIGGEST THING I HAVE LEARNED AMEN!!!!!!!

Say, “I appreciate your sharing that with me.”

Don’t attempt to interrupt her when she is trying to tell you how she feels.

Apologize and admit when you are WRONG!

When you see something that needs to be done, like the dishes or laundry, DO IT!

Express appreciation for all she does!

Pray for her and with her! AMEN!

I pray for your marriage, and that it does not take you as long as it did me to “GET IT” and I am still learning!

I just love sharing with you all, My hero Paul has done that in the Good Book, and it sure has made me “GROW UP”

Our politicians are acting reckless with our future and our nations future. They talk the party spin, while they lie to us. The media has got their back and allows them to deceive the public. Scandals, conspiracy and cover-ups. Who will hold them accountable? Who will challenge their motives? The system is so corrupt both democrats and republicans are playing games and we seem to be content because it could be worse. I think the worst is coming.

This is the World we live in! Look at what Congress just approved!

Hollywood industry, which is being giving $430 million to make productions inside the United States.
There’s also NASCAR, which will gain $70 million due to an extension in a seven-year-cost recovery period for certain motorsports racing track facilities.
Rum makers in Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands will get $222 million in breaks. And algae growers will get $59 million for trying to make biofuel.
Even though Congress was doling out the breaks for big spenders, it did drop dozens of tax credits and deductions that affect ordinary people.
So we are paying for dirty movies, car racing, and the making of booze!

If that does not want you to stand in the gap for God, I don’t know what will!

The “perfect will” of God is what you find in Romans 12:2
Do not be conformed to this present world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may test and approve what is the will of God-what is good and well-pleasing and perfect (Romans 12:2).
Notice that here turning one’s back on the world, and having one’s mind renewed (by God) enables one to discern and experience God’s will for you, a will (or we might say purpose or plan) which is good, which is a delight to us and to God, and which has no flaws, no missing pieces — complete.
Because God is omniscient, He knows what He will accomplish in us. He knows what we will do, and what we would do, in any given circumstance. Thus, His plans for us will never fail; they will never be flawed by some missing piece of information, some unknown detail. God’s plan and purpose for each and every believer is for our good, and for His glory (see Romans 8:28).
This includes all the suffering and tragedy that comes to us in life (see 2 Corinthians 1:3-7; 12:7-10).
Having said that there is a “perfect will” let us not conclude that there is an imperfect will of God, so that we might fear we will miss His “perfect will” and be forever doomed to live out a life of misery and failure and frustration. His perfect will takes into account our ignorance, our weakness, or sins, and even the sins of others against us (Genesis 50:20).
The Bible speaks of the “will of God” in several different ways, and it is important to understand the differences.
(1) The decreed will of God. This is God’s eternal, foreordained plan and purpose, which will not change and cannot be thwarted. It includes our salvation (Ephesians 1:3-6, etc.) and His choice and calling of Israel (Romans 11:1-2, 29). God’s covenant purposes and promises are a part of His decree, and He will not and cannot “change His mind” about these things (see Exodus 32:13). (If you look at verse 14 of Exodus 32, you might say, “But, look, God did change His mind!” No He didn’t. The text says that God “changed His mind” about destroying Israel, and making a new nation of Moses. Moses’ whole argument is that God made a covenant, and He cannot change His mind, because He is God. God’s “changing His mind about destroying Israel” is really His not changing His mind, about saving this nation and bringing them into the land, in fulfillment of His covenant with Abraham.)
(2) There is what we might call the “perceptive will” of God. This is God’s will, expressed in the form of principles or precepts given to men. The command not to murder lets us know it is God’s will for us not to murder others. The command not to steal makes it clear that God’s will for us is not to steal. If I say, “I have discerned that it is God’s will for me to rob banks, and to kill those who get in my way”, we can confidently say that is not God’s will His written Word is the expression of His will. In this sense, many people are seeking God’s will when it is already obvious. You don’t have to pray about living with your boyfriend; God has spoken (Hebrews 13:4; 1 Corinthians 6:9-20).
(3) There is also God’s preferential (desiderative) will. This has to do with what gives God pleasure, and what does not. We know that God loves to show mercy, and yet He will execute judgment (Exodus 34:6-7). It is on this basis that Moses appeals to God to forgive Israel, not only here, but many times (see Numbers 14:17-19). Not only Moses, but others prayed that God would show mercy (Nehemiah 9; Daniel 9). God takes pleasure in the salvation of sinners; He does not take pleasure in pouring out His eternal wrath on sinners (Matthew 18:14; 1 Timothy 2:3-4; 2 Peter 3:9; Ezekiel 18:32; 33:11). When we come to things which are not clearly prescribed as sin, or things which are commanded, our desire should be to do that which pleases God (Romans 12:1;Colossians 1:10; 2 Corinthians 5:9; Ephesians 5:10).
(4) There is what we might call God’s “permissive will.” This is what God allows, even though it is sin. God allowed Joseph’s brothers to betray him, and to deceive their father, so that He might bring the Israelites (few in number) to Egypt, where God would spare them, and they would greatly multiply (Genesis 50:20). God allows man to reject the gospel, to willfully disobey His laws, to persecute the righteous, and so on. But in all of this, God is still in control, and His purposes are being accomplished. His “decretive will” often allows or permits (His permissive will) men to violate His preferential will (what gives Him pleasure) and His prescriptive will (His Word). God’s permissive will is never outside His decretive will. God “permits” those things which will lead to the accomplishment of His decretive will.
(5) There is also God’s “directive will.” This is God’s personal guidance in our lives. It does not violate any of the “wills” above. There are times when God wants us at a certain place, doing a certain thing. The Bible most often will not provide us with this direct and personal revelation of His will. I can think of God’s directive will being revealed in the “Macedonian call” (Acts 16:6-10). I can see it in the direct guidance of Philip (Acts 8:26) and of Peter and Ananias (Acts 10:1-23). God does guide us personally and directly, but it seems that this is not as common as some would like. This seems to be required at certain points of our life, when specific guidance is needed (see also 1 Timothy 4:14?).
(6) There may be yet another category, that I might call the “discerned” will of God. This is my perception of God’s will for my life, which comes through wisdom.

The key here friends is a personal relationship with our Lord Jesus Christ and to obey HIM!

Today I did something different to start my day……I turned on the Local TV channels and watched their weather reports with the snow since Sharon has to go to work…..Oh my…….I pray that all of us go into our prayer room before turning on the radio and TV and put on the Armour of God. Be careful as to what you hear and believe, this is where your discernment is key. Getting your news and information from those that do not have a personal relationship with our Lord Jesus Christ is hazardous to our health, to say the least!

I Preached on this a bit yesterday at First Baptist in Quemado, NM …………..I repeat this part of Friday’s posting because this is a prime example of the secular media gone dark… .a newscaster telling Pastor Rick Warren that he should amend the Bible………This is the world we live in!

Oh my, oh my, I became ill in the spirit by reading this……..this is why we must be Salt and Light and carry out the Great Commission and Occupy until He returns……..

CNN host Piers Morgan said he believes the Bible and the U.S. Constitution are “inherently flawed” and asserted that it’s time for the Bible’s position on gay rights to be amended.

“It’s flawed,” Morgan said during an interview with evangelical pastor and author Rick Warren. “Both the Bible and the Constitution were well-intentioned, but they are basically, inherently flawed – hence the need to amend it.
“I do not believe the Bible is flawed,” Warren said. “What I believe is flawed is human opinion because it constantly changes.”
The British-born talk show host held his ground during a lengthy conversation about the Bible and gay rights.
“But you and I know the Bible is, in many places a flawed document,” Morgan said – a point of disagreement with Pastor Warren.
“My point to you about gay rights for example – it’s time for an amendment to the Bible,” Morgan told Warren. “You should compile a new Bible.”
“Not a chance,” Warren replied. “I willingly admit, willingly admit that I base my worldview on the Bible which I believe is true. And my definition of truth is – if it’s new it’s not true. If it was true a thousand years ago, it’ll be true a thousand years from today. Opinion changes but truth doesn’t.”
“We’re going to agree to disagree on that,” Morgan said.

Robert Jeffress, pastor of the historic First Baptist Church of Dallas, Tex., told Fox News that Morgan was incredibly off-base with his remarks.
“For Morgan to label God’s divine revelation as ‘flawed’ because it doesn’t confirm to his own opinion is the epitome of arrogance,” he said. “My guess is that the Bible will be around a lot longer than Morgan’s program.”
Paul Kengor, the executive director of The Center for Vision and Values at Grove City College, told Fox News that to doubt the Constitution is one thing, “but to assume the infallible authority to judge the words of God is something else altogether.”
“It’s quite ironic that at this sacred time of year, Christmas, we’d be talking about truth allegedly changing and the need to amend sacred Scripture,” Kengor said. “It’s also remarkable to watch secular liberals like Piers Morgan assume unto themselves the extraordinary authority to divine what in the Bible is true and what is not, what is flawed and what is not, and where certain “amendments” supposedly need to occur. Do they fully realize precisely what powers they are proclaiming?”
But Jeffress did find a silver lining in Morgan’s comments.
“At least Piers Morgan recognizes what many Christians fail to comprehend– that both the Bible and the Constitution define marriage as a union between a man and a woman,” he added.
The CNN host has been under fire in recent days after he launched a crusade for gun control laws in the aftermath of the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting.
He used his Twitter account to call Wayne LaPierre, the head of the National Rifle, a “dangerous, dim-witted, deluded menace to American safety.”
During an interview on his CNN program Morgan called Gun Owners of America executive director Larry Pratt a liar and an idiot.
“You’re an unbelievably stupid man, aren’t you?” Morgan asked Pratt.
“You don’t give a damn, do you, about the gun murder rate in America?” Morgan asked. “You don’t actually care.”
That encounter led to the creation of a petition on the White House website calling for Morgan to be deported. Tens of thousands of people have signed the petition alleging that “British citizen and CNN television host Piers Morgan is engaged in a hostile attack against the U.S. Constitution by targeting the Second Amendment.”
But it appears there may be some people in England who would prefer that Morgan stay on the American side of the Atlantic Ocean.
A second petition on the “We the People” website was launched called, “Keep Piers Morgan in the USA.”
“There are two very good reasons for this,” the petition states. “Firstly, the First Amendment. Second and the most important point, no one in the UK wants him back.”
The petition was reportedly started by a Briton and now has more than 5,000 signers.
A third petition calls for the White House to keep Morgan in the country to protect his Constitutional rights. That petition has more than 1,000 signers.
Let us pray for Mr. Morgan to see the light of Jesus Christ. To amend the Bible, oh my! Lord have mercy on him.
When I read this to the folks yesterday at Church many had not hear this story and were shocked!

I have come to love rural New Mexico so much! There is something so very special about rural New Mexico and the rural areas of America.

Preaching in Quemado the last 2 weeks has been so very special. They live a simpler life, no internet, some with no TV and Radio and no newspaper. They keep up with the news however by gathering at the Town cafe’s, Churches, and local gatherings. Church is very special……very special……I have seen these folks now for two weeks and it’s like a homecoming very Sunday.the Lord just shines through them all, despite the challenges they face like you and me.

Maybe it’s the fact that they rely on less THINGS than I do, and more on God.

Not to mention the drive to Quemado, God spoke to me all the way to Quemado and back. I also soaked in His great creation. He also gave me a concert of Church bells last Sunday on the way home. God was so pleased with the Church service and the movement of the Holy Spirit for 30 mikes I had Church bells going off in the car…not too loud or to soft…when it first started I thought it was my phone or car radio……it was not.I had to stop the car……as I was startled. Then after realizing the Lord was giving my a concert of Church bless, since He knows I love their sound…….I resumed driving in the Spirit!
I have loved my 2 weeks at Quemado, it has increased my walk with our Lord, I will miss these folks. They want me to come back often and have asked me to apply for the Pastor’s position. I am so thankful for their acknowledgement of what the Lord is doing, but I told them they have their Pastor, their head Deacon, Jerry who is such a Godly man, he also is the Fire Chief. The Lord showed me that Jerry is the man. The Lord has me here at FGGAM to go all over for Him.

I Preached yesterday on the need of the Church to bring in Children…..to raise them up and then I Preached on the life of Paul…..part of that life many do not want to Preach on when he put Christians to death but the Lord struck him down and blinded him but Paul turned out to be the Greatest Evangelist for our Lord and has left us with his Words forever and ever! The story of Paul needs to be told to a dark world and what miracles the Lord does! AMEN! Paul tasted the pit of hell but then rose from the ashes and became brightness for our Lord forever and ever through his life and his words in our Bible.

It was talked about yesterday in Church how they can tell the difference if the Preacher is Preaching in the Holy Spirit or not! This is a whole week long sermon here. I am thankful for all my prayer partners who pray me up during the week when they know I am going to be Preaching at a certain Church. Yesterday Sister’s Barbara Gould, Karen Rowe, Mabel Lopez and Sharon prayed me up on the drive as did Brother Randall Thom. The Holy Spirit moved in a Powerful way yesterday because we all submitted our selves to Him. AMEN!

We cannot Preach or share God fully with others if we are NOT FULL of the Holy Spirit AMEN!

Friday night the Board of Directors of FGGAM got together and we reviewed the last 4 months. We reviewed the Daily CUP which you are reading now, the CUP begins it’s 15th year in 2013, Lord Willing, it’s data base is approaching 1200. We looked at the past TV programs on KAZQ we have put out, the podcasts on the FGGAM web site. We have Preached at 12 Churches in the last 4 months, 1 Revival in North Carolina, several Hospital and nursing home visits, 25 folks we have counseled and countless brought to Christ. We have dealt in too many suicide situations. We always call upon other Pastor’s, counselors, Police, Medical if need be in all counseling situations. Dear Dewey, Thank you so much for your concern about me. I know Our Lord puts things on our heart just when it is needed. And I needed to hear the words you said to me on your phone the other day. I’ve been having some tough days of healing from my back operation. When I have a good day I seem to overdo and put myself right back down. I’m getting well, I just have to teach myself that I cannot do things when I feel good, it’s will be five months and the Dr said in six months my pain should be better……. And of course it is winter and my neck is bothering me, but I can handle that with Our Lords Strength He seems to give me daily.
