Dear KKIIM Family,
“Faith has to have works or it flaps in a circle. And works have to have faith or the works are dead.” AW Tozer
Just a reminder that we set our clocks ahead one hour last night because of the time change. I think some forgot. Sorry for the late reminder.
“A good laugh makes us better friends with ourselves and everybody around us.” Orison Swett Marden
Have an AWESOME day of Worship and Praise
A great time of fellowship yesterday with the Heights Christian Church softball team. What a wonderful bunch of guys! Great fellowship!
Here are some wise words from Chuck Swindoll…….
We not only need the Lord, we need each other. Desperately. That need for others only intensifies when the barometer of life drops to the bottom of the gauge—-when the winds of adversity blow hard against our souls. We cannot make it on our won. We were created for dependence, not independence. We cannot direct our own steps in the right way without the Lord and without each other.
Amen to those words by Chuck Swindoll heard weekdays on KKIM 6:30am and 6:30pm

Dear Leonard & Diana,
May the peace of Jesus Christ, the guidance of the Holy Spirit and the presence of God be in your hearts and minds. It is our privilege to greet you from India and tell you how God is working through our lives and the ministry of CICM. As you read this report please know that you are a part of the CICM team and we all have the same goal. Our roles may be different, but God has united us for His purpose, His plan and His glory.
It is difficult for me to prepare the report for February. So many things have happened. There have been many victories and many wonderful things, but also some struggles and disappointments as well. Let me first highlight some of the things that have been positive.
Reports from Shahdol, Raipur, Korba, Bilaspur and the Bundelkhand area show over 1,400 first-time decisions for the Lord Jesus Christ.
Our evangelists have planted four new churches in Hardival, Lamer, Puchli and Sastojot with 300 plus believers.
CICM leaders held four seekers camps/conferences in the northern and central regions of India with over 1,200 people participating.
We provided food, clothing, medical care and a drilled well for 860 at-risk children.
The LEAP Foundation from the Dallas area led a group of 27 medical personnel for a cleft lip/palate surgery camp. With the help of CICM’s medical team they performed 72 surgeries to correct cleft lip and palate deformities. During this time over 300 people (patient’s family members) stayed around our hospital in three tents for one week.
A meeting at the Shahdol prison resulted in 30 decisions.
31 visitors from Dallas and Savannah came to visit and help CICM’s ministry.
Partnering with the Christian Institute of Management, we held a seminar on management for Christian leaders. About 55 leaders benefited from this seminar.
Our medical team helped 3,200 plus patients at the Mission Hospital and the Kansa Clinic. There were 27 major surgeries and 11 babies were delivered.
CICM led 17 evangelistic meetings reaching over 15,000 people with the message of Jesus Christ.
Here are some of the difficult situations, persecution and struggles our Mission team experienced during February.
Our dynamic evangelist, Emmanuel Namro, was killed in an automobile accident. He leaves his widow, Sabita, and a ten-year-old son and four-year-old daughter. Click here to view pictures and videos of Emmanuel Namro and his family.
On February 28, 70 extremists attacked the church at Kawardha when our evangelist Sanatan Masih was preaching. The extremists damaged the building, destroyed the doors and windows and also attacked the believers. Bro. Sanatan is undergoing treatment in Bilaspur.
Lashi is struggling with malaria, jaundice and typhoid and has been on oxygen more than 10 times. She is still fighting with all this at one time.
Extremist groups tried to stop the LEAP Foundation doctors from performing the corrective surgeries at our hospital. Finally Ajai had to approach the State’s High Court and received help from the judiciary system to allow the doctors to complete the surgeries.
A campaign against CICM leaders by an extremist group in the Shahdol district is getting heated as more people are becoming involved against the evangelistic activities of the local church and CICM.
A group of extremist leaders is attacking the Mission with charges of “forceful conversions”. They are in the process of taking some legal action through the court against CICM’s leadership.
Four leaders from Orissa State came to us asking for protection and provision for the persecuted Christians who are still without shelter, food, and with no hope for their children’s education. We want to continue to provide help in Orissa. Your donations will be much appreciated and will allow us to continue our relief efforts in Orissa.

We continue to face challenges and move on. We must say that we have experienced God’s strength and His power in a very special and significant way. God continues to lead us, give us victories and make His presence known.
We have many needs related with our new evangelistic work, leadership training, vocational training, children’s ministry, literature ministry and helping the persecuted Christians. We will be happy to answer your questions and inform you about the specific needs.
We desperately need your prayers and are grateful to you for your continuous support, love and generosity for the ministry of CICM. We will be happy to hear from you.
With Grateful Hearts,
Ajai and Indu Lall,
Josh and Lashi Howard and the CICM Team
