Have you spent time with the Lord today? We pray you have and will and also enjoy the CUP!

What comes into our minds when we think about God is the most important thing about us. A.W. Tozer

God has revealed Himself to us through Jesus, His living Word. “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God……The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us” (John 1:1,14) “The Son is the radiance of God’s glory and the exact representation of his being, sustaining all things by his powerful word” (Heb. 1:3).

I am here to tell you that God can speak to us! I have been talking for years about my walk with Jesus. The closer I walk with Him, the more I read His Word, the more I pray to Him, the more I listen, the more I praise Him…..the closer my walk becomes…….

God does speak to us..He sends His messenger, The Holy Spirit into our lives……..but first we must establish that relationship within ourselves.

Isn’t it so exciting to have the Lord speak to you? I had an old friend write me and say, “Dewey, God has never spoken to me!”

We have to open our hearts and ears to hear God………People become so frustrated saying this is bad, I gotta move, I gotta get a new job, I gotta move here, I gotta get divorced, I gotta get a new car………

The Lord has really laid out a very simple, but the best plan ever for our lives………..that is why it is so important to read His Word and have a personal relationship with Him.

Jesus said, “Remain in me, and I will remain in you. No branch can bear fruit by itself; it must remain in the vine. Neither can you bear fruit unless you remain in me” John 15:4

If you are not bearing fruit in your life you are out of the Will of God for your life.

How do you know the Will of God for your life?……..He will tell you……..that is why it is so important to have that personal relationship with our Lord……the most important relationship.

Oh yes my friends he will tell you……the Bible tells us so……

People become frustrated in their lives and want to blame others….and their circumstances…….we must remain IN THE LORD! Remain in the LORD……No branch can bear fruit by itself.

I know I was like Paul, I had to be struck down and rebuilt by the LORD!

Also remember this verse when planning anything in your life…….

Come now, you who say, “today or tomorrow we will go to such and such a city, spend a year there, buy and sell, and make a profit”;

whereas you do not know what will happen tomorrow. For what is your life? It is even a vapor that appears for a little time and then vanishes away.

Instead you ought to say, “If the Lord wills, we shall live and do this or that.”

James 4: 13-15

To know the Will of the Lord….is to KNOW THE LORD!!!!!!!!!

AMEN!!!!!!!!!!!!! AMEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PRAISE THE LORD!!!!!!!!!!!!

There is nothing more exciting than a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. I was on Kyle Martin’s radio program that will play in Dallas and on KKIM in a few days………Kyle asked me how do I do what I do?

I said, “I am too weak and not smart enough to do what I do……..I seek the Lords Will all the time..I pray all the time, I listen for the Lord to tell me what to do…….That is what I do……”

I get asked that a lot……….It is all of the LORD………I think people sometimes want some big fancy answer about this big plan I have had and do have…..but no……It is the LORDS WILL……HIS PLAN…….I am just trying not to do something stupid!

Howard Stansell and “The Sparrow’s Nest” will provide the music and we will have free hot dogs, drinks and desserts along with free bibles and other books to bless the folks there.
