Dear KKIM/KARS Family,
May the Strength, Peace and Wisdom of our Lord be with you and yours forever and ever!
My times are in your hand Psalm 31:15 Read Lamentations 3:17-18, 25-26
Heights Christian Church split a doubleheader last night! Two great games…….we almost won the second for a sweep……but..we lost……..but we won because we had so much fun in the LORD
Here is a couple of pictures of Pastor Don Kimbro and I at his Retirement Party………I share these with you to show you how handsome Don is and how I have gotten the name Col. Sanders………..LOL! LOL!
Let us be Godly wise in everything we do…….Let us put prayer to everything we do…….
Let us seek wise counsel.
I have to share with you today that I am so thankful for The Body of Christ. I also am so thankful for dear brother’s and Sisters that I can go to for wise counsel and have it confirmed from the Lord. I also love it when wise counsel can scold you a bit(Just a Bit, I say!…LOL! LOL!) in a loving way. You never want to have counsel and always being told you are doing the right thing. Wise counsel keeps you on the right track. Seek Godly wise people. Surround yourself with them, let them know they can disagree with you, correct you.

Now here is a letter from a Dear Friend about what happens when Character is lost in the Church……..
Dearest Dewey, I received alot from your words this morning. The trials and tribulations of a leader is a book all of its own. It would be good if Billy Graham would write something on that line while he can. For all who have the gift to stand before God’s Children.
Dewey, I have never mentioned it before, but I was married to a man who witnessed for the Lord. He was a man who I could honestly say, I have never seen such faith in any human being before. Never. But the day did come when he fell. And when he fell, he fell very hard. I still see him once in awhile, he visits my son who lives near me. I know he still trusts in the Lord, he has too. But we are both remarried, and we have gone separate ways. We still greet each other with a hug, and a soft “God’s Peace” to each other. My best memories were spent with him. We married at a young age and I saw God change his life dramatically. And mine.
The devil attacked him in a sexual manner and I stayed with him for another five years hoping things could get back, but after five years I had to leave. It WAS God’s will. I only learned that years after, when I left it was as sure as the sun coming up.
So needless to say, I learned alot about people that fall very quickly. HE was a profound witness for our Lord. But he didn’t preach to people ‘Knowing WERE the Children of God’ and he was just there to strengthen their faith. He taught to people like they had NO Clue to the presence of God. Everything has a purpose under the Heaven, and to be called to witness for our Lord is a blessing, a gift, that some do not really know what they are doing. They do not know that tomorrow they could do something, in their own flesh that would take that gift away. By Faith we are saved. And by Faith we will remain in His Grace. I Pray you will always seek out Gods Will in every word you say. Every deed you do. And put your family first before the world. The devil is out to attack us all, and if we misstep once we must repent immediately. My first husband touched many lives that are still following our Lord, and I’m not saying he hasn’t repented because he did. It just came too late for us. I still hold him in admiration. I KNOW how the Lord did a work in him, and is still I’m sure. We must treat every day as though it is our last. We must cling to His words and seek Him every moment of every day.
Please pray on this letter……..and I PRAISE GOD that our Dear, Dear friend wanted to share with us………Let us pray that this letter will Minister to many……..
Here is another letter that I pray will Minister to many…….
Here is a Godly letter from Cindy……….WOW!.Cindy sent this in after our posting from a Friend that stated…….I am alone who am I?
Hi Dewey,
I recently returned from Israel.
Before I left, I asked the Holy Spirit for His direction as to why He has invited me back to the Land.
He impressed upon my heart … To circumcise my heart, that I become nothing, so that Yeshua (Jesus) becomes EVERYTHING!!!
I went through a maze of emotions (shock, sadness, etc …). Surely, the Lord would not ask me to become nothing!!! I did not want to ask or pray to be nothing. I eventually surrendered and did pray to be nothing so He could be everything.
So, the journey and adventure began. I am now even more free in His love and truth as HE is EVERYTHING!
I submit myself to HIS sovereignty each and every morning and the journey with Him continues.
My sense of who I am in HIM is even more clear, more satisfying, more humbling and more empowering!
I encourage our friend to live in the arms of love and strength, as she is in just the right place as HE IS HER EVERYTHING!!!
… love you,my friend!
Cindy
Here is a Thought to apply………..

Let us pray………Lord thank you so much for the Body of Christ..for the love, wisdom, and accountability. Lord thank you for Godly wise people. Let us be vulnerable to each other. In the name of Jesus, AMEN!
