Dear KKIM/KARS Family,
May we Rise today and be about our Father’s Business………
I will be short this morning…I think……..I just talked to brother Daryl……..What a blessing to a CUP with him over the phone………from Wisconsin……..
I was awake at 5am…….I over slept….but I laid in bed and reflected where I am at in my life…….The cooler temps are surely more comfortable here in Albuquerque………I laid in bed a few moments this morning and just thought how God has changed my life..and how I could relay that to others.for what I have heard over the years from great Christian men and Women is true……let go and let God…….the old man is gone and made anew through Jesus Christ…….what you once were you are no longer……Things that I had a passion for or really thought I liked are gone now……I don’t get angry anymore, I am slow to get upset……. and the peace…it is almost like being in a cocoon..it is the covering of the Lord………yes I still have many challenges……may be more than I did…..as the Lord does not promise a bed of Roses…..In fact we have more challenges than before……Satan was really throwing rocks at me yesterday….But I remember what Oswald Chambers wrote to one of his friends..His friend was saying he was being attacked by Satan…..and Chambers answered him saying I am glad Satan thinks you are important enough to attack……and Rick Warren writing to one of his friends years ago said I hope Satan hates you!.Like I said, we are not promised a problem free life when we accept our Lord Jesus Christ.not at all..as Pastor Mark Tross always says, look at what they did to Jesus.But the peace I have..that Sharon has……..is something we want to share with all. You get to the point in your walk with Jesus Christ where at times you feel HIM guiding you…..almost as if you are lifted off the ground. And then it all becomes not just a feeling, but it all becomes real to you…..I am here to tell you that it is in your personal relationship with Jesus Christ and the message of our Lord is very simple…..HE is there for all of us with open arms.
Look up…Look up…….into the eye’s of Jesus today…….He is there for you and me……

I am also a bit sadden because he will be so far away………..Please keep us in your prayers as we go on this journey. Lars loves the movie making business, the art of it. I am thankful that he has the fire power to march on in this World! I remember when I told my Dad and Mom I was going to leave home and go to school in Mpls…..they were happy and sad at the same time. I am very thankful that Lars has direction in his life as so many young adults, and for that manner older adults have no direction! Lars called me last night around 9pm to just tell me that he loved me!
Let me throw this out here at the CUP………
for months, if not over a year now Pastor Jim, Pastor Mark and I have talked about, prayed about me and Sharon starting a Church in Albuquerque! The Lord has put it on my heart to see if any of you would be interested in attending and helping? Just drop me an email or if you don’t please pray for us. We are always praying about fulfilling the Great Commission.
Let me share a couple things with you today that you can chew on for awhile and pray on……..
Who is wise and understanding among you? He should show his works by good conduct with wisdom’s gentleness. James 3: 13

Love ya bro! Paul sent those comments in after yesterdays posting. I posted some comments from Watchman Nee from his book, Spiritual Authority. We received many comments on the posting……..I posted some yesterday…….Let us pray over this and not move quickly away from these words……..
Watchman Nee says……..It is possible in our work to stand with Christ in doctrine while at the same time stand with Satan in principle. Please take note that Satan is not afraid of our preaching the Word of Christ, yet how very much he is in fear of our being subject to the authority of Christ!
Whenever the principle according to Christ is operating, that of Satan fades away.

We must know how to obey in the church. There is no authority within the church which does not require obedience. God intends to have His authority fully manifested in the church and to have His kingdom extended through the church.
In the prayer which our Lord teaches His church, the word “And bring us not into temptation” points to Satan’s work, whereas the word “but deliver us from evil one” refers directly to Satan himself. Immediately after these words the Lord makes a most significant declaration: “For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen.” Matt 6-13. All kingdom, authority, and glory belong to God and to God alone. What sets us totally free from Satan is the seeing of this most precious truth—–that the kingdom is God’s.
Since the whole universe is under the dominion of God, we have to subject ourselves to His authority. Let no one steal God’s glory!

WOW! WOW! Mashal:  1.  To rule, govern, have authority over; also, 2. To be an example

Moshel:  comes from the root word, Mashal.  Means Ruler, one who governs, has authority.  Anyone in authority – could  be President of the United States; could be a Bible Study Teacher – anyone in authority.

Hebrew is a language of pictures.

The picture of the root meaning says:

Anyone in authority must be an example.  An example of what?  Righteousness.  We have no place in a position of authority unless we are a righteous example!

Questions for your consideration:

What is the Biblical gospel?
What is the spiritual condition of those who preach “any other gospel”?
What it Biblical Christian unity?
How does the Bible say we promote the gospel and unity?
