Once again I did not plan to post, but the Holy Spirit told me to do so……AMEN! WOW!

Just wanted to share with you, when the Holy Spirit moves we must answer, so after Leslie got the CUP in the afternoon……BINGO!

The Holy Spirit is moving in my life like never before, let me share what HE wanted me to share……..What I am studying now on Satan, in the book, The bait of Satan by John Bevere, Thanks to Phil Arndt of Heights Christian Church for recommending…..

The focus of offended Christians is inward and introspective. We guard our rights and personal relationships carefully. Our energy is consumed with making sure no future injuries will occur. If we don’t risk being hurt, we cannot give unconditional love. Unconditional love gives others the right to hurt us.

Love does not seek it’s own, but hurt people become more and more self-seeking and self-contained. In this climate of love God waxes cold. A natural example of this is the two seas in the Holy Land. The Sea of Galilee freely receives and gives out water. It has an abundance of life, nurturing many different kinds of fish and plant life. The water of the Sea of Galilee is carried by the way of the Jordan River to the Dead Sea. But the Dead Sea only takes water in and does not give it out!!!!! There are no living plants or fish in it. The living waters from the Sea of Galilee become dead when mixed with hoarded waters of the Dead Sea. Life cannot be sustained if held onto: It must be given freely.

So an offended Christian is one who takes in life but because of fear, cannot release life. As a result, even the life that does come in becomes stagnant within the wall or prison of offense. The New Testament describes these walls as strongholds.

For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, brining every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ. 2 Cor 10: 4-5

I did not think I would be posting today as we get ready for Steph’s wedding but the Holy Spirit moved me to write this to you…When the Holy Spirit moves..we must move…

This really hit home for me today and it is from the book, The Bait of Satan by John Bevere….after I read this today I was given much peace…………..

I have finally realized that the love I was giving was being sown to the Spirit, and eventually I would reap those seeds of love. I didn’t know from where, but I knew the harvest would come. No longer did I see it as a failure when love wasn’t returned from the person I was giving it to. It freed me to love that person even more! PRAISE GOD! Yes I feel the same way!

If more Christians recognized this, they wouldn’t give up and become offended. Usually this is not the type of love we walk in. We walk in a selfish love that is easily disappointed when our expectations are not met.

If I have expectations about certain persons, those people can let me down. They will disappoint me to the degree that they fall short of my expectations. But if I have no expectations about someone, anything given is a blessing and not something owed!!!

WOW! What Godly Wisdom!!!

“For if you love those who love you, what reward have you? Do not even the tax collectors do the same? And if you greet your brethren only, what do you do more than others? Do not even tax collectors do so?” Matt 5:44-47

What an AWESOME night at the Grand Opening of Legacy Church’s Eastside Campus! PRAISE GOD! I thank Pastor Steve and all the folks at Legacy for inviting me and Sharon to this night. Sharon was unable to be there as wedding preparation’s continue. The night at Legacy was just outstanding, thank you all for your Godly love. The Church is a shining light to the World!Over the years I have made many friends from Legacy Church, Pastor’s Steve, Derrick, Tony, Bruno and Kathy Garcia who is Pastor Steve’s personal assistant, Liz, Kelly and many more. This Church has shown so much love to Sharon and I and the Radio Ministry, they pray for us. One of the miracles in my life occurred when Pastor Bruno prayed over my left leg, the leg I wore a brace on when I was younger, several years ago Bruno prayed over it and I no longer limped! PRAISE GOD!

I was so Blessed to be part of the night, I got to meet County Sheriff Dan Houston, who told me this State lacks Prosecutor’s who will Prosecute Public Officials!!! Sheriff Dan said that many claim a conflict of interest and back away! I love Sheriff Dan and he is led by our Lord and will not back down from the darkness! Dan also will not back down in cleaning up matter’s relating to the County Commissioners. I believe that many County Officials are afraid of the Sheriff and for what he stands for! Let us pray for Sheriff Dan Houston as he continues to be Salt and Light to the County. The Sheriff is a member of Legacy Church. Also recognized at last nights event was Pastor Ray Franks whose family was the builder of the Church some 30 years ago. Albuquerque City Council President Don Harris also a member of Legacy was one of the speakers. Pastor Steve Smothermon invited Pastor’s from other Church’s, other denominations to speak last night, TOTALLY AWESOME!

Let us continue to learn more of the Holy Spirit………

This study is based on my study of the Holy Spirit from what the Lord has shown me and material from Dr. Charles Stanley…….

God gives every person a potential, and He alone knows the extent of that potential. None of us knows all that we can become or do with the built-in natural and spiritual abilities God imparts to us. The question we must ask ourselves is not How much potential do I have? but rather Am I living in the fullness of my potential? The answer is always no. Each one of us can still become more and do more than we are at the present. We never reach the limits of what we can do in Christ Jesus. There is always more for the believer.

How can this be?

Because an unlimited God has chosen to indwell us. those doubts you have are from Satan!,,,,,O, my friends do you hear me, AN UNLIMITED GOD has chosen to indwell us. When we reach the end of who we are in the flesh, we are only at the beginning of what the Holy Spirit can do with our Spirits!

God is omnipotent. he has all the power. When we run out of our natural strength and power, we are only at the beginning of HIS POWER!

God is omniscient. He is all wisdom.

God is omnipresent. He is both eternal and ever present in every moment.

God is all loving. he never fails to extend His mercy and loving kindness to all who open their hearts to receive HIM!

God is always available to those who call on HIM!

I have been sharing with Sharon and my Pastor Jim Montoya, that I cannot believe all what God is doing in my life, the mission HE has set me on from days at 3:30am to 8pm at night…….HE guides me through my days and work for HIM, It is like I am off the ground floating around doing the work assigned me. Wondering at times what to do or say, and the Holy Spirit tells me what to say, not what to say and what to do and not what to do. Even when I am so tired, the Holy Spirit empowers me.

Pastor Steve Smothermon shared last night in his sermon that once we are illuminated by Jesus Christ, born again we are all for Jesus, a light goes on, but also know that we will be afflicted, the Lord tell’s us we will be afflicted. Pastor Steve said that too many Christians when they are working away for HIM, running into difficulty, working on a project, will to easily say this must not be of God otherwise it would be easy. NO WAY! Satan loves that…we are going to have many challenges…..That is why we must keep our eye’s on Jesus and not our own minds.

God’s vision of you, His expected end for you, is what it is because He believes in you. he believes in you because he knows what He put in you. He believes in you because He has seen the end from the beginning. No matter how Satan attempts to distract you, wound you, damage you, disable you, and defeat you, your Father God has a vision of what you are going to be and do.

Do not believe the lies of Satan.
