Dear KKIM/KARS family,
May The Lord be with you and yours this day and all days……..

We are praying for Pastor Leonard and his lovely wife Diana as they are in Texas seeing family and celebrating grandson Luke’s 6 month birthday! PRAISE GOD!
Thanking the Lord for Pastor Leonard he has become a man I talk to everyday, Sometimes 2 to 3 times a day for Godly advice, he is never to busy to take my calls. Leonard is a man who comes into the Radio Ranch many times during the week to help me with NM News and Views. Pastor Paul Holt is another who is always ready to help me with NM News and Views and give me Godly counsel. The Lord has put many Godly men and women in Sharon’s and my life, we are so thankful for our Brothers and Sisters in the Lord! Thank you all for being part of our life! I share more on my hero’s in just a bit.
I am celebrating all the Godly people the Lord has put in me and Sharon’s life!!!

Brandi and I agreed in prayer for her complete healing and I am asking for your prayers as well. We will not be allowed into the ICU tonight. We will try to go anoint her with oil and pray for her tomorrow.
Thank you Brother Dewey.

Oh, Thank you Lord for being so good to me! I was even singing on the air on Friday.Oh Lord thank you for being so good for me, it’s a Gospel song that Sandy Harrington plays on her program. Pastor Leonard says’s it should become our theme song.
I encourage you to read God’s Word everyday..and let it absorb into your heart, soul, and mind. It becomes part of you! The Bread of life! The Holy Spirit will also lead you to other readings, other books for your growth in Jesus Christ!
I thought I was going to share more on Healing from George Martin, but the Lord has me down this road today……
I have just completed my study of John Bevere’s book, The Bait of Satan. I have to thank Phil Arndt of Heights Christian Church and Coach of the Softball team recommending this life changing book! I have to tell you it will move you closer to the Lord….One of my hero’s is Steve Minor at KAZQ! he has read the book and it has helped him so much in his walk with Jesus Christ!
I get tired of people saying there are no more hero’s…Hogwash! Look around you will find them! I have over 25 Pastor’s who are my hero’s! Hero’s are to me people that are walking tight with Jesus Christ and sharing their walk with others!
Now let me share with you some of what I learned this weekend as I finished Bevere’s book….by the way do you have a book you would like to recommend to me?
How many of us could be David’s??????
David remained loyal to King Saul even when Saul was not loyal to David. David did not seek to avenge himself, even when given the opportunity twice. David was a man after the heart of God. He let God judge between Saul and him. When God’s judgement fell upon Saul, David did not rejoice! He GRIEVED over Saul for he held no bitterness toward him.
In my growing relationship with Jesus I find to joy in people falling, just sadness, and the fire in my belly to share Jesus with everybody!
Often Jesus likened the condition of our hearts to that of soil. We are admonished to be rooted and grounded in the love of God. The seed of God’s Word will then take root in our hearts and grow and eventually produce the fruit of righteousness!!! AMEN AMEN Yes it is true!!!! Are you rooted and grounded in the love of God? This fruit is love, joy, peace, long-suffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. READ: Galatians 5:22-23
But ground will produce only what is planted in it. If we plant seeds of debt, unforgiveness, and offense, another root will spring up in place of the love of God. It is called the root of bitterness.
Francis Frangipane gave an excellent definition of bitterness: “Bitterness is unfulfilled revenge”
It is produced when revenge is not satisfied to the degree we desire.
If we keep the Love of God as our motivation, we shall not fail. Love never fails. When we love others the way Jesus loves us, we will be free EVEN IF THE OTHER PERSON CHOOSES NOT TO BE RECONCILE to us. Look carefully at the following scripture: God’s wisdom is available for all situations:
If it is possible, as much as depends on you, live peaceably with all men. Romans 12:18
Remember that when we lose our life for the sake of Jesus we will find His life. learn to fix your focus on the end result, not the struggle.
Peter put it this way…..
Beloved, do not think it strange concerning the fiery trail which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened to you; but rejoice to the extent that you partake of Christ’s sufferings, that when His glory is revealed, you may also be glad with exceeding joy. 1 Peter 4: 12-13
Notice that he compares the extent of suffering to the extent of rejoicing. How can you rejoice to that extent? When His glory is revealed, you will be glorified with Him. This glorifying is to the degree that you allow Him to perfect His character within you. So don’t look at the offense. Look at the coming glory! HALLELUJAH!!!!
We grow in the tough times! AMEN AMEN! We do not grow in the easy times! Hard places will always come in our journey with the Lord. I have grown in our Lord so much through the tough times, like right now, so much growing in our Lord! We cannot escape them but need to face them, for they are part of the process of becoming perfect in Him! If you chose to run from them, you will seriously hinder your growth.
As you overcome different obstacles, you will be stronger and more compassionate. Some become numb and cold……they do not have Jesus, You will fall more in love with Jesus Christ! If you have come out of hardships and do not feel this way, you have probably not recovered from the offense. Recovery is your choice. Some people get hurt and never recover. As cruel as this may sound, it was their choice.
Jesus learned obedience by the things He suffered. Peter learned obedience by the things he suffered. Paul learned obedience by the things he suffered.. What about you? Have you learned?
Maturity does not come easily. If it did all would attain it. Few reach this level of life because of the resistance they face. There’s resistance because the course of our society is not godly but selfish. The world is dominated by the “prince of the power of the air” (READ Eph 2:2) As a result, to enter into the maturity of Christ there will be hardships that come from standing against the flow of selfishness.
Paul had returned to three cities where he birthed churches.
His purpose was to strengthen the souls of the disciples. However, it is interesting to see how he strengthened them. He encouraged them by:
……exhorting them to continue in the faith, and saying, “We must through many tribulations enter the kingdom of God.” Acts 14: 21-22
