Dear Family of Jesus,

Thank you for stopping by for a CUP!

WOW! I went to a Pastor’s Conference on Friday put on by TVAC, excellent!(Traditional Vales Action Committee) Catholics and Evangelical’s coming together! Leaders like Bill Redmond, Walter Bradley, Archbishop Michael Sheehan and others making this happen in our state! Some are asking me If I have retired!!! RETIRED???? I am getting asked so many questions, what are you going to do? This is a Godly movement in our lives. God is moving us out in the field to sow seeds for Him. Most people laugh when they see me and offer congratulations because they understand the movement of Jesus Christ. Friend Ben Lucero says” Some will not understand what you have done, Dewey, leaving a full-time paid position and going to no pay check and starting a new Ministry, they will be watching you, your Testimony will mean much too many people.”

Our Lord is with us, He will not forsake us.

I believe the Lord is calling us ALL to let go of “THINGS” Things that mean nothing to God.

God knows what those “THINGS” are in your life and I pray that you know what they are.

We are going full blast with the Holy Spirit. Sharon and I are like Missionaries, going off into the field for our Lord.

Let me share with you a bit what happened yesterday at the Upper Room, where I am Preaching out of, 5505 Lomas. I also have an office there, for counseling etc……

The Holy Spirit blew in and blew the roof off! AMEN! WOW! WEE!

At the TVAC get together Bishop Harry R. Jackson Jr. had us focus on these two scriptures…..

Ezekiel 13:5

You have not gone up into the gaps or breeches, nor built up the wall for the house of Israel that it might stand in the battle in the day of the Lord.

Bishop Jackson shared that God founded America, God has favor on America, Our founding Fathers were Christians, were they perfect? NO, none of us are! Bishop Jackson said he believes in all his heart, like God cares for Israel, God cares so much for America. But who is standing in the gap for America? Who is standing in the gap for Israel? More importantly who is standing in the gap for God? Are you?

I believe we have to leave our places and go meet people where they are at and share Jesus Christ with them.

I believe God is calling us ALL OUT TO SERVE HIM and not ourselves!

The TVAC touched on two vital issues to God……..

Abortion and Marriage.

I never thought we would have to defend marriage and point out scripture to even the Church on the sanctity of marriage.

Abortion, enough said.

Will you stand in the gap for God?

These are not Political issues, they are Godly issues.

Many have made them a Political issue…..this is a Godly issue.

God’s Platform……..not a Political platform.

Listen, both the Democrats and Republicans in my mind where an embarrassment to God with all the money they spent on their lavish conventions while this Country is in an economic crises. Sad, sad testimony to the common folk like you and me.

Most these folks are out of touch with God.

I am here to inflict the comfortable and to comfort the inflicted. I do not care about my popularity with man. I only care where I stand with God.

Elijah, as my Dear friend Pastor Leonard shared with me yesterday was known as the “great troubler” of Israel, speaking Truth in Love.

Let God not say this what is found in Ezekiel 22:30 about present day America and the American Church………

And I sought a man among them who should build up the wall and stand in the gap before Me for the land, that I should not destroy it, but I found none.

This is what I Preached on yesterday at the Upper Room! Praise God for the young people in attendance!

I also Preached on the Power of the Holy Spirit and that is so lacking in the lives of so many Christians! It is lacking in the Church! You can be Baptized, but you may not have the fullness of the Holy Spirit! I have posted an excellent Godly write up by Louie Giglio on the Holy Spirit.

As Charles Stanley states, “If America was full of the Holy Spirit we would have the greatest economy in the World.”

If the Church was full of the Holy Spirit we would not be seeing the failures of the Church, with attendance nationwide of folks going to Church at a miserable rate of 10%!

It is time for you and me to have the FULLNESS OF THE HOLY SPIRIT!!!!

65% of so called Christians do not believe in the Holy Spirit………..oh my, oh my!

How to be Filled with the Holy Spirit

Receive power now!

Just before He ascended into heaven, Jesus said, “You will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you” (Acts 1:8).

This page will give you the instructions of how to be filled with the precious Holy Spirit of God Himself, the manifest power of God.

This is not for our own purposes and is only to serve Him. However, this same power enables us to be what God wants us to be in this life and to be an overcomer.

IMPORTANT: This power is not available unless you have already been born of the Spirit by receiving Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. Otherwise it does not work. Don’t try. In fact, it may even be dangerous. If you have not received Christ, stop now, and click here.

All believers are indwelled by the Holy Spirit; however, not all believers are “filled” with the Spirit and His power, otherwise God would not have to command us to be. The lack of spiritual power is all too evident among believers.

Not an option. If you have already received Christ, in Ephesians 5:18 God commands all believers to be filled with the Spirit; therefore, we know it is God’s will for everyone. It is really a command from God and really not an option.

Before His ascension into heaven, in Acts chapter 1 Jesus prophesied that this phenomenon would happen to believers. He called it “the promise of the Father,” told the disciples that they would receive power when the Holy Spirit came on them, and He also referred to it as “the baptism with the Holy Spirit.” It happened a few days later on the day of Pentecost as described in Acts 2:4, and there it is called being “filled with the Spirit.”

In several others places in the book of Acts it happened to other believers and different terminology is used, but in all cases the Holy Spirit came “on” or “upon” people.

It doesn’t matter what you call it. The important thing is that it brings the fullness of God’s power and releases the gifts of the Spirit in your life to be a witness for Christ and to do His will. This happened to me many years ago and is the power behind this message you are reading, as well as other ministry in my life.

Here is how you can be filled with the Spirit, right now:

First, you must sincerely desire for God to fill you with Himself, which really means you must want God to totally have His way in your life. Because God is total love and total wisdom and He always has our best interest in mind, we all should want that. Anything else is irrational. Therefore, present every area of your life to God.

Second, confess to God any known sin in your life and by faith thank Him that He has forgiven your sins — past present and future — because Christ died for you. By faith claim His promise of forgiveness and cleansing according to 1 John 1:9.

Third, ask God to fill you with His Spirit. In a moment I will suggest a prayer. But remember, from Ephesians 5:18 we already know that it is His will for you. And we know that in 1 John 5:14-15, it says, ” This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us. And if we know that he hears us—whatever we ask—we know that we have what we asked of him.” I repeat: it says, “…we know that we have (present tense) what we asked of him.”

Fourth, remember that we always receive from God by faith, so receive this gift by faith, as an act of your will, and thank and praise God for answering your prayer and filling you with His Spirit.

Based on what God says about being filled with the Spirit, His command and His promise to give you what you ask according to His will, here is a suggested prayer. If you agree with these words, pray them now, then believe, and you will receive. Remember that in Mark 11:24 Jesus said, “I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.”

Here is the suggested prayer:

“Dear Lord Jesus, your Word says that you are the ‘baptizer in the Holy Spirit.’ Thank you for forgiving my sins because you died on the cross for me. Thank you for offering the fullness of your Spirit to me. As you commanded, I desire to be filled with your Spirit, so I know it is your will. And your promise says that if I ask anything according to your will, and if believe that I receive, then I can have what I ask for and it is mine. Therefore, I ask for the fullness and power of your Holy Spirit to come upon me right now. I receive Him by faith, right now. I now thank you for answering this prayer and filling me with your Holy Spirit. Now use me for your purposes and your glory. In Jesus’ name. Amen.”

Continue to worship and praise God. You may or may not experience physical or emotional feelings. That is not important. It is not based on feelings but on faith. Feelings may come now or later. The gifts of the Spirit may begin to flow through you immediately, or later, also by faith.

In the book of Acts, most or all of whom the Holy Spirit fell upon began to speak in unknown languages (e.g. 2:4, 10:46, 19:6). This manifestation of the Spirit continues widely to this day, as attested to worldwide by believers in virtually all denominations. Doubt and fear from poor teaching often blocks this manifestation, but doubt and fear are overcome by faith. Step out in faith and do not doubt.

Allow the life of Christ to flow through you and use you for God’s purposes.

What The Lord Is Saying Today

“Feed Hungry Children.” Our faith promise: feed them two small meals on school days and a full, nutritious meal on the weekend. Any amount you can send helps a lot.

September 10, 2012. “Give us this day, our daily bread” for hundreds of hungry Filipino children on four islands in 22 locations and with 22 overseeing pastors, was not what I had faith to do. Our ministry to them began in 2001. My faith at that time was to educate the children and make Christian disciples of them. But God later said “The children are undernourished; they need food.” For this we would need “Feed Hungry Children Faith Partners” to give monthly. A few people kept asking, “When are you going to start feeding the children? With empty bellies their learning ability is limited. Feed them something! They live on garbage dumpsites, under bridges and on city streets and have little to eat. Why don’t you have faith to feed them?” Two years ago, I “bit the bullet” and prepared a budget. The amount was staggering and scary. We need $20 monthly per child to “Feed Hungry Children” two small meals each school day and one full nutritious meal on the weekend.

September 10, 2012. May it always be said of us as followers of Jesus Christ that we be found hardworking and thorough in every task set before us. My Dear Friends this is Baby Eden who we are praying for. Oh My! Lord when I look at her I feel I am in the presence of heaven on earth! AMEN!

Let us continue to pray for the healing of her intestines. I am very thankful for all of you gathering here at the CUP each day to pray.

I do have a little, but he told me it was a big operation, he warned me ahead of time. I just didn’t have a clue it was so intense. BUT, my Lord releaves me just when I have had enough. HE Knows and is with me. Praise His Name!

I hear that from many that people save the CUPS, read them over and over again, fax them to loved ones, interrupt the CUPS into a different language for family members that do not know English! PTL! Hallelujah!

Please pray for daughter Gretchen who is traveling to Roswell, NM today with her friends. It is the Wildlife Management Club from Eastern NM. They are attending the Firefly Festival. I remember as a child catching those fireflies in a glass jar back home in Windom in the fairgrounds.

How are you this day?

Yesterday was my first day of being unemployed!!! LOL LOL LOL!

But I am not, I am working for the Lord following the Spirit. I had good meetings yesterday. Did two taping’s of our TV program. Saturday night at 6pm on KAZQ CH 32 Dewey and Friends my guest is Pastor Ricki Houston of the Upper Room here in Albuquerque. The following week my guest will be Attorney David Standridge who is running for Family Court Judge. Two AWESOME guests in our Lord!

Many people are telling me that they are sad I am off the radio for now. I am hearing from many. As I just wrote we are on TV and the Lord has shown me that we will be on radio again. Son Lars is working on getting me set up here at home so I can broadcast news reports for you and post them on our web site. Please keep us in your prayers.

People ask, What are you going to do? I am following the call of the Lord. My prayer is that maybe folks can learn from what the Lord is doing in my life. When the Lord call’s we must answer. You see when we give our entire being to the Lord we will hear Him. The Holy Spirit is our messenger and comforter.

I believe the Lord is calling us out……..out to serve Him in the final days……we must leave our secular security and serve our Lord.

We must meet people where they are at.

I think we must not talk so much, and have so many meetings…….we must act!

We must meet individual needs.

I know the Lord has had me step away from NM News and Views for a bit and watch what is going on in our Country. I am weeping everyday for this Country. The darkness appears more clearly to me everyday, Thank YOU LORD! What do I mean by that? The work of Satan appears very clearly to me through my discernment that the Lord has given me. There is even darkness in too much of the Church.

As both Political Party’s yell about how they can turn this Country around, let me share this from Charles Stanley’s teaching on the Holy Spirit……..When we will learn it is not a Political Party that can turn this Country around?

If every Christian in America lived in the fullness of the Holy Spirit, I can only imagine what might happen in our economy. (NOTE FROM DEWEY: Recent survey says over 50% OF SO CALLED Christians do not believe in the Holy Spirit!!!!! Lord have mercy!) I believe that it would explode internationally in such a way that there’d be no human explanation for it.

If every believer in America went to work each morning full of the Holy Spirit and desiring to do their best, the quality of work and productivity of the workplace would improve. If every believer gave their all with a right motivation and absolute dependence upon God, attitudes would be better and morale would begin to rise. (JUST THINK WHAT WOULD HAPPEN IN OUR FAMILIES AND THE CHURCH!!!!!!!!!!!!)

(it’s time to stop pointing fingers at others and look at ourselves)

Those with joy in their hearts would come up with more ideas and innovations than ever possible!

If every believer in America arose each day with an attitude of expressing the love of God to family members and friends, as well as to every stranger encountered during the day, we would no longer see the manifestations of hatred, anger, and distrust, such as road rage, violent behavior, crime, and all forms of abuse.

God the Holy Spirit energizes our bodies, enlightens our minds, and inflames the passions of our hearts so we might move forward into and expand our potential.

The Holy Spirit motivates us to reach for our potential and enables us to make progress toward the full manifestation of our potential! AMEN! PRAISE GOD! hallelujah!!!

September 7, 2012. You are indeed blessed if you are in a church that truly loves one another. An older widow contracts a serious cancer between her liver and gall bladder. Those who know her best, along with family, take on the healing defense to stop the cancer. After surgery, chemo therapy and other strong medical procedures, it was reported that her cancer had grown to the “stage four” level. Prayers exploded and within a short time, she was pronounced “cancer free.” A small child isn’t expected to live. This child stopped breathing. Later, there was loss of pulse. Family and other prayer warriors stepped in. You should see that child today and the testimony of healing and health in his little body and face! Jesus alone is the Chief Physician.

Galatians 5:25-26 (AMP) “If we live by the [Holy] Spirit, let us also walk by the Spirit. [If by the Holy Spirit we have our life in God, let us go forward walking in line, our conduct controlled by the Spirit.] Let us not become vainglorious and self-conceited, competitive and challenging and provoking and irritating to one another, envying and being jealous of one another.” Ras Robinson

September 7, 2012. Stay with the plan. There is a big temptation to walk away from the first things that were revealed. Hang tight. I know it’s hard to continue, but the rewards are big. There have been quite a few thoughts to jettison the ideas that came in the beginning. There may have to be some rearrangement of priorities but don’t turn completely aside. Take a break and come back to investigate carefully the first things which came. Watch and see if in the long run this is the best thing to do. It’s okay to examine other ways, but you will find this is the best way and rewards your stability.

James 1:5-8 (NIV) “If any of you lacks wisdom, he should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to him. But when he asks, he must believe and not doubt, because he who doubts is like a wave of the sea, blown and tossed by the wind. Find rest through the power of the Holy Spirit. Take note of the simplicities of My creation surrounding you. I am able to provide food for the insects, birds, fish, and other creatures. With joy, I clothe all things with My splendor and majesty in the middle of valleys and mountains which surround you. Look for Me and you will find me wherever you are. Ask Me to reveal My presence in the midst of what you’re going through.”

Luke 12:27-29 (NLT) “Look at the lilies and how they grow. They don’t work or make their clothing, yet Solomon in all his glory was not dressed as beautifully as they are.And if God cares so wonderfully for flowers that are here today and thrown into the fire tomorrow, he will certainly care for you. Why do you have so little faith? And don’t be concerned about what to eat and what to drink. Don’t worry about such things.” Kevin Robinson

IF weight loss is one of your goals – along with exercise, hydration, nutrition, supplements and a positive attitude – you must get good, restful sleep! Let’s talk about the steps that will allow you to obtain the deep restful sleep your body needs.

If you have trouble falling asleep, if you awaken too often, if you feel tired in the morning, if you feel sleepy in the daytime or if you have a sleep disorder, try as many of the following techniques as possible to create the perfect circumstances for sleep.

I suggest you try the following lifestyle habits for at least 2 to 3 weeks before considering a natural sleep aid if you feel your sleep has not improved as much as you would like. Here are some tips for sleeping well:

Sleep Hygiene

1. Sleep between 7 and 9 hours per night. Oversleeping can be as detrimental as sleep deprivation. If you constantly require more than 9 hours of sleep per night, see your doctor. There are some health conditions such as anemia or hypothyroidism that cause fatigue.

2. Establish regular sleeping hours. Try to get up each morning and go to bed each evening at the same time.

3. Try to get to bed before 11:00 PM, optimally, by 10:00 PM. Our stress glands, the adrenals, recharge and recover between 11:00 PM and 1:00 AM, so it is best to be asleep by this time.

4. Avoid using loud alarm clocks. Waking up suddenly can be a shock to your body. If you are regularly getting enough sleep, an alarm clock should be unnecessary. Sleeping through an alarm or needing an alarm daily indicates you may be sleep-deprived. If you do use an alarm, you should awaken just before it goes off.

5. Sleep in complete darkness. Your room should be as dark as possible to maintain melatonin (the natural sleep hormone which we produce while we sleep) balance. You should not be able to see your hand in front of your face.

6. Do not turn on the light if you go to the bathroom during the night. Turning on the light, even for just a second, shuts down melatonin production and can contribute to sleep disruption or insomnia.

7. Turn on the lights or open the blinds first thing in the morning. Letting in the daylight and the sounds of the morning imprints the stimulus associated with awakening on the brain. This is the proper way to reset your body clock and ensures that your melatonin levels stay set on ‘awake’ until the evening.

8. Ensure adequate exposure to sunlight by getting outside during the day. This also helps to imprint a natural day and night cycle on the brain.

9. Try not to nap during the day or early evening – but if you must, keep naps to a maximum of 30 minutes.

10. Do not work past the point of feeling drowsy at night. Go to sleep if the urge comes while watching television, using the computer or reading.

Today we tape two TV programs for Dewey and Friends. I was asked about the CUP the other day and this is how I responded….

The CUP is not of me but of God, it is the words that God gives me in my sleep and when I awake, it it His message each day, He has been giving me the word’s for over 14 years now to put forth and it is changing lives, so if it is long some days, that is of the Lord and not me. Just had to share how the Lord uses me.

Whether, then, you eat or drink or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God,
(1 Corinthians 10:31, NASB).
Friend to Friend
In my last devotion we met Amanda who said, “I just never have enough time to spend with the Lord,” Amanda cries. “I work forty plus hours a week, commute ninety minutes both ways, oversee elderly parents’ affairs, and take care of my five-year-old son. I’m either on the road, at my desk or taking care of someone else’s needs. And on top of that, I never feel like I’m doing any of it well. What does God want from me in the middle of all this madness? How can I carve out time for Him? I feel like I’m constantly failing Him!”
We also looked at how to solve Amanda’s dilemma (and mine and yours) by erasing the lines between the secular and the sacred so that in him we live and move and have our being encompasses all of life. Here’s what it would look like.
Suppose you acknowledge God’s presence as you walk down the grocery store aisle, drive through the car pool line, sit in the hair stylist’s chair, stir the spaghetti sauce, shampoo your hair, love your husband, or rake leaves in the yard. Isn’t that what in Him we live and move and have our being really looks like? Praying with your eyes wide open at times is the only way to practice prayer without ceasing.
Monday always follows Sunday, but when you erase the lines that separate the secular and the sacred, the world becomes your sanctuary. God’s presence one steady stream.
This was true for Jesus. He never hurried. He never panicked. He was never driven by the tyranny of the urgent. If I were in his sandals, I probably would have been wringing my hands with all I had to accomplish in three and a half years. I can hear myself now: “I’ve got three and a half years to make a difference. How can I cram all the miracles and teaching into this short amount of time?”
Three and a half years translates into 1,278 days. If you go back and count the days recorded in the four gospels, you’d come up considerably short. So what was Jesus doing on the days that were not mentioned by Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John? He lived His life. He worked. He ate. He washed. He partied. He prayed. He studied. He meditated. He listened. The Sacred lived in the midst of the secular.
Paul wrote: “Whether, then, you eat or drink or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God,” (1 Corinthians 10:31 NASB). Whatever you do…
Cleaning bathrooms to the glory of God.
Vacuuming the floor to the glory of God.
Reading my Bible to the glory of God.
Singing praises to the glory of God.
Being intimate with my husband to the glory of God.
Cooking dinner to the glory of God.
Helping in the soup kitchen to the glory of God.
Shopping for groceries to the glory of God.
Mailing packages to the glory of God.
Filing my taxes to the glory of God.
All things…to the glory of God.
What does “to the glory of God” mean? The Greek word for glory, doxa, denotes honor or splendor, a reflection of God’s character. We are to reflect God’s character, His ways, and His splendor in everything we do. Discounting sinful behavior, such as sexual perversions, gossip, drug and alcohol abuse, or any number of immoral acts that contradict the life of a Christian, our entire existence both in the secular and the sacred realm could and should be an act of worship. When that happens, words such as “do everything as unto the Lord” and “pray without ceasing” become clearer and more within our grasp.
Yes, we do need times alone with God. Jesus pulled away to be with the Father often. “Very early in the morning, while it was still dark, Jesus got up, left the house and went off to a solitary place, where he prayed” (Mark 1:35). If Jesus, the Son of God, needed to spend extended time alone with his Father, then we certainly do too. However, by acknowledging God’s presence in every aspect of our lives, we will experience the blessed union in all things. Moments of sudden glory will appear as manna from God.
God longs for you to experience His presence in the spin of the laundry, the sizzle of the cooking, the buzz of children’s chatter, and in the quiet of solitude. From the time God rent the curtain in the Holy of Holies when Jesus took his last breath on the cross, God welcomed you into His presence…not just on so-called holy days, but everyday days.
Let’s Pray
Lord, I’m glad You’re sticking with me today…and I’m sticking with You. I acknowledge Your presence now and through my entire day. I’m not saying “See you later,” with this Amen. We’re going into this day together!
In Jesus’ Name,
Amen.

Friends of Whom?

At an Easter mass, at which some young ladies were to take
their final vows to become nuns, the presiding bishop
noticed two Baptist pastors enter the church just before the mass
began.

They were seated at the back of the sanctuary and insisted
on sitting on the right side of the center aisle.

The bishop wondered why they had come but didn’t have time
to inquire before the mass began. When it came time for some
announcements, his curiosity got the best of him. He
announced that he was delighted to see two Baptist pastors in their
midst at the mass but, was curious as to why they were
present at this occasion where the young ladies were to
become the “brides of Christ.”

The eldest of the pastors slowly rose to his feet and
explained, “Family of the Groom.”

September 6, 2012. Yesterday, I visited Christ in the Desert Monastery in Abiquiu, New Mexico. The drive off the main highway is about 15 miles on a single lane gravel road. The environment is harsh and dry desert with sparse vegetation. The monastery is a beautiful tribute to good architecture. Staying only through the day, I experienced the Lord Jesus in a unique and holy way. After a while the gnarly, natural edifices surrounding the monastery began to have a quiet beauty all their own. It was a glorious retreat from modernity and into stark, natural charm and glory. The Lord said to me, “Seek Me while I may be found. I reside in the glory of clouds, deserts, oceans, streams, rocks and in My children everywhere. All cry out to Me in praise. You saw and heard it, didn’t you? Testify of Me and these things.”

September 6, 2012. Thoughts have been building up in your mind and you are wondering if you should express them. Yes you need to get them off your mind. But not in the way you are thinking right now. There are some you should express and some you shouldn’t. If you say all you are thinking it won’t be good. Right now you have too much emotion and the person will not hear, but will instead respond negatively to your emotion. Don’t explode and don’t stuff your feeling. Tell all to Me. That will calm you and enable you to share what needs to be known at a later time. I’ll show you when.

September 6, 2012. You are where you are because of My grace and mercy in your life. Even though you may have seen, heard or experienced signs, wonders, and miracles, those experiences don’t make you more special than those who haven’t. Even My own disciples didn’t have full understanding of what I came to accomplish while I was on Earth. Be careful not to force your own belief structure upon others and consequently alienate them. Make room for those individuals among you who have to see in order to believe. We all encounter people like My disciple Thomas. Exhibit longsuffering with those you walk with. Represent the fruit of My patience to all people.

Fluoride Can Kill: Beware of Hidden Sources

Many medical authorities warn that excess fluoride has been linked to a myriad of health problems including heart ailments, Alzheimer’s, bone disorders, and cancer.
But did you know that you can get the mineral from sources besides toothpaste and fluoride-supplemented drinking water?
Many products contain fluoride, including tea, wine, soda, infant formula, and foods with soy.
“Fluoride is a very powerful cardiac poison,” warns Russell Blaylock, M.D., renowned neurosurgeon and author of “The Blaylock Wellness Report.”
And it’s even more detrimental when it is combined with aluminum, says Dr. Blaylock. Aluminum is sometimes added as a clarifier to water supplies along with fluoride. “The two combine to create a brain toxin that’s powerful in incredibly small concentrations”.
“We’re poisoning our kids, and it’s unconscionable. One child had a complete cardiac collapse and died within minutes of swallowing – instead of spitting out – a fluoride treatment.
“Half the babies in the United States are formula-fed. The most common form is soy, which is high in both fluoride and aluminum, and it’s usually mixed with fluoridated tap water. In effect, you’re giving the baby a neurotoxic soup.”
Fluoride also makes children more vulnerable to cancer, he says. “Children under 6 who drink fluoridated water have four times the risk of developing cancer.”
It’s not just infants and children who are in danger. Fluoride accumulates in the body over a lifetime and is linked to Alzheimer’s disease, Lou Gehrig’s disease, crippling bone disease, cancer, hyperthyroidism, and many other conditions, Dr. Blaylock says.
“We have a bio-accumulation of fluoride,” he says. “Because fluoride has been added to water for the past 70 years, it’s in the soil, plants – anything you spray with fluoridated water becomes contaminated with it, even the animals that eat the plants.”
Fluoride, which has long been controversial as a water supply additive, doesn’t even prevent cavities – the reason given for adding it to the water supply in the first place, says Dr. Blaylock. “Even the American Dental Association has admitted that fluoridation doesn’t reduce the number of cavities,” he says. “We have all of this strong evidence of toxicity, but it’s just being ignored.”
Our diets make a bad situation even worse. “We know that people who are deficient in vitamin C and magnesium suffer the most from the toxicity of fluoride, and many Americans are deficient in both,” says Dr. Blaylock.
“Once in the body, it’s very difficult to remove, but some nutrients, including vitamin C and magnesium, can decrease its toxicity.”
How can you limit the amount of fluoride in your body? The most obvious way is to avoid fluoridated drinking water. And if you use fluoride toothpaste or mouthwash, be sure to rinse thoroughly.
Some sources of the mineral, however, are not easy to detect.
Here are hidden sources of fluoride:
• Tea. Black tea has the highest amount of fluoride.
• Soy. Soy products are high in fluoride as well as other brain toxins including aluminum, glutamate, and manganese.
• California wines. California grapes are often sprayed with a fluoride-containing pesticide.
• Sodas and juices. They are often made using fluoridated water.
• Boneless chicken and chicken nuggets. The deboning process often leaves fluoride from bones in the meat.
Supplements that Protect You
Some supplements help protect against the harmful effects of fluoride:
• Magnesium malate. 1,000 mg with each meal to help prevent aluminum absorption.
• Vitamin C. 1,000 mg three times a day.
• Vitamin D. 2,000 to 5,000 IU daily.
• Selenium. 200 mcg daily.
• Curcumin. Dissolve 500 mg in 2 tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil and take with meals twice a day.

The Whisper of God

How are you this day?

Yesterday was my first day of being unemployed!!! LOL LOL LOL!

I believe the Lord is calling us out……..out to serve Him in the final days……we must leave our secular security and serve our Lord.

We must meet people where they are at.

I think we must not talk so much, and have so many meetings…….we must act!

We must meet individual needs.

As both Political Party’s yell about how they can turn this Country around, let me share this from Charles Stanley’s teaching on the Holy Spirit……..When we will learn it is not a Political Party that can turn this Country around?

(it’s time to stop pointing fingers at others and look at ourselves)

Those with joy in their hearts would come up with more ideas and innovations than ever possible!

God the Holy Spirit energizes our bodies, enlightens our minds, and inflames the passions of our hearts so we might move forward into and expand our potential.
