Great cup Dewey.
Let us not forget the verse before John 8:32. Verse 31 Jesus says ‘IF you abide in my word, you are truly my disciples’, then verse 32, AND THEN you will KNOW the truth, and this truth will set you free’.. Amen!
Praying for you!
Luv ya

Amen Bro Leonard!
Sharon and I want to thank all of you who are supporting the Ministry of For God’s Glory Alone! www.fggam.org
People are sending me notes saying, “What a step in faith!” Well, it is because of what God told us to do……”Go out and Preach” When you hear from God you must move, and I think I drug me feet for 6 months or so…..dragging your feet for the Lord is not a good feeling! I told Brenda Towle last night, “If I Preach it, I must do it!” I tell folks, I am a missionary now. I had one Pastor say to me, “How are you going to support your family, I am retired and have my pension, what are you going to do?”
We have had people come along side us to support us financially, this is a huge change, but it is a change ordained by God. God will not forsake us, God paves the road ahead for us. I like to say that God foams the runway for us! God goes before us.
It is not easy, anyone that says that is not truthful. You have got to keep your eye’s on Jesus and hear from Him everyday, every minute of the day, to make sure you are on the right path.
God is calling many to step out into the World but too few are hearing Him.
I love what Pastor Steve Hickey writes……..
Remember the CUP from the other day? The scripture from Matthew 5:41…….
If someone forces you to go one mile, go with him two miles………
A sower expects favor. He does his part in sowing, cultivating and harvesting which God blesses in a 30-, 60 or 100-fold return (read Mark 4). However, grace goes far beyond anything favor can earn. Grace is unmerited favor that allows one to reap where he has not sown. (John 4:34-38) and to receive the overflowing, superabundance of God’s grace(read 2 Cor 9)
Matthew 5:14 is not just about your lamp being lit (mile one), your lamp must be on the stand for all to see (mile two,That is what God told me to do.Go out and Preach and that is why we do the TV program on KAZQ!) —-this is what glorifies the Father in heaven. (That is what Martha Montano did with her life her on earth) Matthew 5:20 carries a related key understanding the entire Sermon on the Mount:
“unless your righteousness surpasses that of the Pharisees…..”
“Surpass” is a distance word, a grace word. It means “go further, move out beyond, exceed.” (This is precisely what the Lord told me to do MOVE OUT BEYOND REACH MY PEOPLE MEET THEM WHERE THEY ARE AT!)
Jesus was teaching that the grace of heaven falls further out past the domain of the Pharisees. My sense is that many Christians are good for mile one but stop at mile two.
They stop short of their destiny and sadly miss out on the miraculous and the fullness of God’s unmerited favor.
My sense is that good people are stuck today in this place teetering between mile one and the second mile! The Sermon on the Mount was Jesus shove into the second mile!
AMEN! What great Words from Pastor Hickey! I also added in my commentary!

As He Promised, He Will Do
John 14:1-4“Let not your hearts be troubled. Believe in God; believe also in me. In my Father’s house are many rooms. If it were not so, would I have told you that I go to prepare a place for you? And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and will take you to myself, that where I am you may be also. And you know the way to where I am going.”
Romans 8:16-17The Spirit himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God, and if children, then heirs—heirs of God and fellow heirs with Christ, provided we suffer with him in order that we may also be glorified with him.
2 Corinthians 5:6-8So we are always of good courage. We know that while we are at home in the body we are away from the Lord, for we walk by faith, not by sight. Yes, we are of good courage, and we would rather be away from the body and at home with the Lord.
1 Thessalonians 4:16-18For the Lord himself will descend from heaven with a cry of command, with the voice of an archangel, and with the sound of the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are alive, who are left, will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air, and so we will always be with the Lord. Therefore encourage one another with these words.
1 Thessalonians 5:9-11For God has not destined us for wrath, but to obtain salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ, who died for us so that whether we are awake or asleep we might live with him. Therefore encourage one another and build one another up, just as you are doing.
Because of Calvary, We Live
2 Samuel 12:23But now he is dead. Why should I fast? Can I bring him back again? I shall go to him, but he will not return to me.” (King David speaking of his infant son who died)
John 11:23-26Jesus said to her, “Your brother will rise again.” Martha said to him, “I know that he will rise again in the resurrection on the last day.” Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. Whoever believes in me, though he die, yet shall he live, and everyone who lives and believes in me shall never die. Do you believe this?”
1 Corinthians 15:54-57When the perishable puts on the imperishable, and the mortal puts on immortality, then shall come to pass the saying that is written: “Death is swallowed up in victory.” “O death, where is your victory? O death, where is your sting?” The sting of death is sin, and the power of sin is the law. But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.
Philippians 3:20-21But our citizenship is in heaven, and from it we await a Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ, who will transform our lowly body to be like his glorious body, by the power that enables him even to subject all things to himself.
In His Time, He Will Do
1 Corinthians 15:20-23But in fact Christ has been raised from the dead, the firstfruits of those who have fallen asleep. For as by a man came death, by a man has come also the resurrection of the dead. For as in Adam all die, so also in Christ shall all be made alive. But each in his own order: Christ the firstfruits, then at his coming those who belong to Christ.
Philippians 1:23-24 I am hard pressed between the two. My desire is to depart and be with Christ, for that is far better. But to remain in the flesh is more necessary on your account.
1 Peter 1:3-5Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! According to his great mercy, he has caused us to be born again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, to an inheritance that is imperishable, undefiled, and unfading, kept in heaven for you, who by God’s power are being guarded through faith for a salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.
1 John 3:1-2See what kind of love the Father has given to us, that we should be called children of God; and so we are. The reason why the world does not know us is that it did not know him. Beloved, we are God’s children now, and what we will be has not yet appeared; but we know that when he appears we shall be like him, because we shall see him as he is.
Revelation 21:1-4Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and the sea was no more. And I saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, “Behold, the dwelling place of God is with man. He will dwell with them, and they will be his people, and God himself will be with them as their God. He will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and death shall be no more, neither shall there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain anymore, for the former things have passed away.”
Safe In His Arms, Now and Forever
Psalm 23:4Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil,
Psalm 116:15Precious in the sight of the LORD is the death of his saints.
John 10:27-29“My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me. I give them eternal life, and they will never perish, and no one will snatch them out of my hand. My Father, who has given them to me, is greater than all, and no one is able to snatch them out of the Father’s hand.” (Jesus speaking)
Romans 8:38-39For I am sure that neither death nor life, nor angels nor rulers, nor things present nor things to come, nor powers, nor height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Romans 14:8For if we live, we live to the Lord, and if we die, we die to the Lord. So then, whether we live or whether we die, we are the Lord’s.
Revelation 14:13And I heard a voice from heaven saying, “Write this: Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord from now on.” “Blessed indeed,” says the Spirit, “that they may rest from their labors, for their deeds follow them!”
Christian Quotes About Death
“They that love beyond the world cannot be separated by it. Death cannot kill what never dies.” ~ Williams Penn
”When the time comes for you to die, you need not be afraid, because death cannot separate you from God’s love.” ~ Charles H. Spurgeon
”It is better for me to die in behalf of Jesus Christ, than to reign over all the ends of the earth.” ~ Ignatius of Antioch
“He whose head is in heaven need not fear to put his feet into the grave.” ~ Matthew Henry
“Has this world been so kind to you that you should leave with regret? There are better things ahead than any we leave behind.” ~ C.S. Lewis
Comfort: Assurance & Hope
Job 19:25-25 For I know that my Redeemer lives, and at the last he will stand upon the earth. And after my skin has been thus destroyed, yet in my flesh I shall see God
Ecclesiastes 7:1 A good name is better than precious ointment, and the day of death than the day of birth.
Matthew 5:4 “Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted… “ (Jesus’ words)
John 14:1-4 ”Let not your hearts be troubled. Believe in God; believe also in me. In my Father’s house are many rooms. If it were not so, would I have told you that I go to prepare a place for you? And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and will take you to myself, that where I am you may be also. And you know the way to where I am going.” (Jesus’ words)
1 Corinthians 15:56-57 The sting of death is sin, and the power of sin is the law. But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.
1 Thessalonians 4:14-17 For since we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so, through Jesus, God will bring with him those who have fallen asleep. For this we declare to you by a word from the Lord, that we who are alive, who are left until the coming of the Lord, will not precede those who have fallen asleep. For the Lord himself will descend from heaven with a cry of command, with the voice of an archangel, and with the sound of the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are alive, who are left, will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air, and so we will always be with the Lord.
Comfort Because He Cares for Us
Psalms 61:1-2 Hear my cry, O God, listen to my prayer; from the end of the earth I call to you when my heart is faint. Lead me to the rock that is higher than I
Psalms 94:19 When the cares of my heart are many, your consolations cheer my soul.
Isaiah 41:10, 13 fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand … For I, the LORD your God, hold your right hand; it is I who say to you, “Fear not, I am the one who helps you.”
Romans 8:31 What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?
2 Corinthians 1:3-4 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our affliction, so that we may be able to comfort those who are in any affliction, with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God.
God Has a Great Plan for All
Psalms 119:50 This is my comfort in my affliction, that your promise gives me life.
Ecclesiastes 3:1-2 For everything there is a season, and a time for every matter under heaven: a time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up what is planted
Romans 14:7-9 For none of us lives to himself, and none of us dies to himself. For if we live, we live to the Lord, and if we die, we die to the Lord. So then, whether we live or whether we die, we are the Lord’s. For to this end Christ died and lived again, that he might be Lord both of the dead and of the living.
Philippians 1:21-23 For to me to live is Christ, and to die is gain. If I am to live in the flesh, that means fruitful labor for me. Yet which I shall choose I cannot tell. I am hard pressed between the two. My desire is to depart and be with Christ, for that is far better.
God Bless the Memory of Martha! What a role model for us all!

What The Lord Is Saying Today Subscribe “Personal Word from Ras Robinson” – New message released on YouTube this morning. Watch at Ras Robinson YouTube Channel September 21, 2012. This is a day to open your eyes and ears to what is going on around you. As I prayed this morning, I asked God to show me what is going on with His children that they are so under attack. He opened the veil of vision and showed me a house of someone in my own spiritual family. Outside the house, in the partial darkness of predawn, I saw a huge mane covering most of the head of this stalking lion. He was looking in the windows and doors to seek out and kill his selected prey. The adults and children inside the house were oblivious to this stalking lion who was seeking someone to devour. An angel spoke into the ears of the parents, “Praying is your only and your most powerful weapon. Use it now.” 1 Peter 5:8 (AMP)”Be well balanced (temperate, sober of mind), be vigilant and cautious at all times; for that enemy of yours, the devil, roams around like a lion roaring [in fierce hunger], seeking someone to seize upon and devour.” Ras Robinson Subscribe to “What the Lord Is Saying Today” September 21, 2012. Circumstances are in a mess. Things are not getting better; they’re getting worse. It is time to call everything to a halt. There are too many variables floating around, and confusion is abounding. You need to regroup and think back, starting from the beginning. But also work backward from where you are now. When your thoughts meet in the middle you will find the source of the problem. Someone is trying to take control and most are listening to what is being said. Calling a halt will not stop the control but will slow it down. You need to stay close to Me. I will show you how to overcome this. Galatians 5:22-24 (NASB) “But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law. Now those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires.” Bev Robinson Scroll down to see “Photo of the Day” from our ministry to children in the Philippines. September 21, 2012. You are in the balance right now concerning some critical situations for yourself and possibly your family. A Scripture many people quote often is Proverbs 3:5-6. It reads, “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight.” People have always been looking for answers to the big decisions in life. The Lord says, “Let Me guide every move you make. Pursue My peace and let Me settle your heart and mind. Take steps of faith like Abraham and Moses. Let Me be the final answer to your questions.” Isaiah 9:6 (NLT) “For a child is born to us, a son is given to us. The government will rest on his shoulders. And he will be called: Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.” Kevin RobinsonFor God’s Glory Alone, Dewey Sharon and Familywww.fggam.orgwww.deweysdailycup.comwww.kazq32.orgwww.windomnews.comwww.facebook.comwww.twitter.com If you have friends or family you think would like to share a daily cup of inspirational coffee with Dewey please forward this email and encourage them to join Dewey’s Daily Cup.
