As I was traveling and listening to the radio………..the only station I heard talking about the National Day of Prayer was KKIM! It was not even in the newspaper! Dr. Kenneth Hill did a one hour special on the National Day of Prayer at 10:05am on KKIM!

That is just another confirmation how important radio stations like KKIM are. We are here to serve our Lord.

Hi Friends,

Today is National Day of Prayer, I would like to ask that you all say a prayer for my son Zach! Zach suffered a stroke on April the 20th and is still at Sunrise Hospital in Las Vegas, Nevada. Presently Zach is experiencing severe headaches and constant dizziness, which makes it very hard for him to walk, he also had to have a feeding tube put in due to other issues he is dealing with. I picked all of you because you are friends that I value and have enjoyed having in my life!

I will be with Zach for Mother’s Day because one of my wonderful friends surprised me with a plane ticket to fly out there this weekend…THANK YOU 🙂

One last thing….I prayed for each of you today and thanked God that you all have been a part of my life :))))))))

(Undated) — Today, the National Day of Prayer will be observed by millions across the country. The theme of this year’s event is “Prayer… America’s Hope.” The 2009 Honorary Chairman is author and Bible teacher Beth Moore, founder of Living Proof Ministries and focuses on teaching women how to love and live God’s word. The National Observance will take place in Washington D.C. from 9 a.m. to noon Eastern and will be broadcast live via webcast and through GOD-TV, channel 365 on Direct TV and channel 138 on Sky Angel. It will also be streamed via the Interned on www.tangle.com. You will also be able to join the online prayer rally where people around the world will be praying for America. Some of those presenting at the event include Beth Moore, Dr. James Dobson, Shirley Dobson, NFL star Shaun Alexander, Travis Cottrell, and Congresswoman Michele Bachmann.

Everyday should be the National Day of Prayer…..but today, I believe will help this nation focus on prayer! I love the event at the State Capital in Santa Fe, we call it the Roundhouse! Praying in our State Capital is so AWESOME!!! It starts at 11am today!

I would like you to “chew” on this for awhile as you drink your cup………..As my dad always said this is where the rubber hits the road………….

As human beings, we have a terminal disease called MORTALITY. The current death rate is 100 percent. (CONTRAY TO POPULAR BELIEF)

Unless Christ returns soon, we’re all going to die. We don’t like to think about death; yet, worldwide, 3 people die every second, 180 every minute, and nearly 11,000 every hour. If the Bible is right about what happens to us after death, it means that more than 250,000 people every day go either to Heaven or Hell!! from Randy Alcorn’s book “Heaven”

Please read that again………pray over it………..be silent for a bit………..
That is our calling card………..our call to action…to tell the TRUTH…….to serve and not to be served………we are to introduce others to Christ. That’s is how important Radio Ministries like KKIM are. They are a gift from the Lord. Do you know if you are going to Heaven? Are you going to Hell? How about members of your family? How about your Friends?

Let us pray about what is important in our lives for God. Nothing is more important than your relationship with Jesus Christ.

As I said just a bit ago…this is where the rubber hits the road…….. I got good feedback on our Tony Dungy Radio Special and I really think Tony hit’s a Chord with folks when he talks about his son committing suicide and not to ever leave your loved one without a hug and a “I love you”.

250,000 people die everyday………Let us continue to march on in God’s truth and be awesome witnesses for God and spread His word.

Keep reading and you will see where the U.S. Military destroyed God’s word.

I just listened to Focus on the Family on KKIM, weekdays at 6am and 1pm,it was a wonderful program on National Day of Prayer which is tomorrow. I pray that you are able to take part in the National day of Prayer in your area. I really believe everyday should be a National Day of Prayer, that is why I try to post as much as I can.

Yesterday was one of the most moving New Mexico News and Views we have ever had. Would you have ever guessed the United States of America Military would be destroying God’s word?………..

The U.S. military is confirming that it has destroyed some Bibles belonging to an American soldier serving in Afghanistan.
Reuters News says the Bibles were confiscated and destroyed after Qatar-based Al Jazeer television showed soldiers at a Bible class on a base with a stack of Bibles translated into the local Pashto and Dari languages. The U.S. military forbids its members on active duty — including those based in places like Afghanistan — from trying to convert people to another religion.
Reuters quotes Maj. Jennifer Willis at the Bagram Air Base, north of Kabul, who said “I can now confirm that the Bibles shown on Al Jazeera’s clip were, in fact, collected by the chaplains and later destroyed. They were never distributed.”
According to the military officials, the Bibles were sent through private mail to an evangelical Christian soldier by his church back home. Reuters says the soldier brought them to the Bible study class where they were filmed.
The Chairman of the U.S. Joint Chiefs of Staff, Admiral Mike Mullen, told a Pentagon briefing Monday that the military’s position is that it will never “push any specific religion.”

Who gave the order to destrot these Bibles? The darkest hour is right before the dawn, so there’s Hope beyond the horizon. Jesus proved that you can not keep The Word Of God down, God will NOT Be Mocked! Pray for these United State of America, because our foundation is crumbling.

Dear Father in Heaven, How heart wrenching it was for us to hear that our Military had destroyed Bibles……..we weep with You! We pray for forgiveness for our Country, for they know not what they do. In the name of Jesus, AMEN!
