Monika a long time reader of the CUP from Florida shares with us this morning, I so love it when you all share! You all have something to add to the CUP! AMEN! This also show’s once again we have CUP Readers from all over the World! PRAISE GOD!

I love this scripture that the Lord took me to this day as I was thanking Him for the gathering here at the CUP and at FGGAM, as we are a gathering place for God’s Glory Alone.

And let us not neglect our meeting together, as some people do, but encourage one another, especially now that the day of his return is drawing near.

I pray you caught our weekly radio program yesterday on AM 730 KDAZ! We bring you the news you need to know, it’s a spin off on the radio program I did on KKIM. I pray you are catching our TV program, Dewey and Friends Saturdays at 6pm on KAZQ CH 32. By doing these two programs we are trying to be Salt and Light and carry out the Great Commission.

I have some encouraging news for you, that of late we have helped 3 people come back to the Lord and join a Church! PRAISE GOD! Just think 80% of America does not go to Church! Let us pray!

Here is an update on Pastor Steve Freeman, he is home very tired. he is suffering from a strained heart muscle and stress. He was put on three medications. We are praying for healing.

Let us pray for each other and our families!

We have been blessed to have son Greg and daughter-in-law Natasha with us for a couple of days! Such a Blessing! They are returning to Denver today. We have been so blessed by their stay.

March 25, 2013. You received a new heart and a new spirit. Moreover, I put my Spirit in you, enabling you to do what I command. You are not who you once were. All things have changed. Thank you all for your prayers for Pastor Steve Freeman of Crestview Baptist Church. I talked to him yesterday and he is to undergo more tests today to see what the problem is, but we are believing Steve is healed! AMEN! As of last night the Doctor’s did not think it was a heart attack.

Please also pray for Robin White as her health is not improving. We are believing in healing also for Robin.

PRAISE REPORTS!

Paul Dokken and Kay Branch let me know they have been so blessed by our Lord. I told them keep walking in the favor of God! AMEN!

Let us all examine ourselves in preparation for Easter/Resurrection Sunday!

The greatest commandment is to love God by keeping His commandments. Matthew 22:36-38 says, “‘Teacher, which is the greatest commandment in the Law?’ Jesus replied: ‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’ This is the first and greatest commandment.'”

You ask, “How important is obedience to God?” In the gospel of John, obedience to God is underscored time and time again. John 14:15 says, “If you love me, you will obey what I command.”

A week or so ago I had to take my wonderful and precious wife Sandy who suffers from extreme fybromyalga and copd to the emergency room in the middle of the night as she wasn't getting enough oxygen and was actually turning blue by the time I got her there... They diagnosed her with a copd 'flair up' and treated her in addition to giving her some antibiotics and steroids to come home with... Several days later her condition worsened again and it was discovered she at this point had developed pneumonia, (which is extremely dangerous for her in her condition), and again was returned home with more steroids and antibiotics... At this point I asked my 'THREE' pastors Marty Cooper, Paulette Cooper and Dewey Moede; (Yep - I got three of 'em!!!); for a special prayer and Pastor Dewey also asked for your prayers through his daily blog "The Cup"... YOUR PRAYERS HAVE WORKED MY BROTHERS AND SISTERS AND I THANK YOU FOR YOUR PRAYERS... While she is still recovering, in less than two days the LORD has seen to it that she is now much more comfortable, sleeping well, breathing well and generally doing much much better !!! Her amazing rate of recovery is unbelievable and if it continues at this rate she'll probably be back in our church this Sunday and back to work sometime next week... THANK YOU ALL !!! rick stambaugh

I have to say one of my favorite verses in the Bible is John 18:38 where Jesus says, "you are right in saying I am a King. In fact, for this reason I was born, and for this I came to testify to the truth. Everyone on the side of truth

listens to me.

Dear Family of our Lord Jesus Christ,

I just received word from Dear friend Craig Jones that Pastor Steve Freeman may have suffered a heart attack last night. I then called Steve’s wife Sue and she told me that she had to call the ambulance last night, Steve had chest pain, numbness in arm all the signs of heart attack. Steve is stable in the hospital undergoing tests and very tired. Please pray healing over Pastor Steve and pray for peace and strength for Sue..Pastor Steve and Sue have become such special friends of ours, we have Preached in their Church, Crestview Baptist here in Albuquerque and their son, Ryan worked for me at KKIM. They all are such wonderful people of our Lord!

James 5:14-15 Is anyone among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord. And the prayer of faith will save the one who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. And if he has committed sins, he will be forgiven. The prayer of a righteous person has great power as it is working.
