Let us come together in prayer for Robin, Lauri, Keith, and Ron
Dear family of our Lord Jesus Christ,
For this cause we bow our knees unto the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, of whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named. That He would grant us, according to the riches of His glory to be strengthened with might by His Spirit in the inner man; That Christ may dwell in our hearts by faith.Amen and Amen!
Hi Dewey
As you know, I have been asking for healing
Prayers for 5 months. Now, I just want a diagnosis
No matter what it is. I am getting weaker by
The day and am afraid of losing everything. As a federal
Employee, I don’t get disability and have used
Up my sick days a long time ago. I have mold
Inspectors coming today. Please pray that
Anything hidden would finally be exposed.
Thank you very much. I thought your readers
Could pray too.
Robin
We are praying for healing Robin and resources for you! We love you! We pray for exposure of all evil and sickness with HEALING!
We have also been praying for Lauri who has cancer. Lauri and her husband are in Mexico seeking treatment at the Oasis of Hope in Tijuana. This is Dr. Contreras hospital, I have interviewed him a couple of times. a Godly man.
Through my friend Sonja in Arizona we have come to know Keith and Lauri……..
I thought you might like to read this…..God is good and Keith and Lauri have such wonderful attitudes! Thank you for your prayers!
Day 1
Written 18 hours ago
Well, day 1 was….different than I was expecting. I truly don’t know just what I was expecting, but it wasn’t this!
Things are so different in this Mexican hospital than what we’re used to in the States. Today consisted of a lot of sitting and waiting and wondering. Finally the doctor showed up and ultimately a treatment plan was put in place.
They inserted a N-G tube this afternoon because Lauri has such a difficulty swallowing. Her swallow reflex has had issues making it difficult to keep her hydrated and nourished. She didn’t care too much for that process!
So, tomorrow things will start in ernest. We received Lauri’s treatment program, as was explained to me in mostly Spanish! Did I mention earlier that I don’t speak Spanish?!
I still have a strong sense that this is where God was leading us. God doesn’t make mistakes.
So, please keep praying. I’m sure I’ll have more to report tomorrow!
Day 2
Written 1 hour ago
Well, Lauri now has a feeding tube through her nose. So that means she finally is getting some nourishment. I can see the difference already in that she’s now getting too warm under the stack of sheets she had piled on top of her. I think because of now having some calories to burn she’s able to generate some body heat. So that’s good!
Today they will now start with all the other treatments that are in store for her. I’m anxious to observe them and then also watch Lauri over the next several days!
They’re saying that if she responds well to the feeding tube and starts getting stronger, they will consider surgically performing a gastrostomy. They could then put more food directly into her stomach until the day she is strong enough and can swallow well enough to eat on her own. Then they would surgically close it again.
I can now grind Lauri’s pills and add them to her food mixture that then goes through her N-G tube. So, now she doesn’t have to swallow them anymore. She’s happy about that. The swallowing was emotionally hard on her. It would depress her.
So, it’s Day 2 here, and I’m feeling like they have a plan in place for Lauri. It’ll make me feel even better to see them get going on the plan today!!
Yesterday, I thought Lauri was sleeping, but she only had her eyes shut. Her breathing was labored somewhat, and yet, she was humming the tune “Our God Is An Awesome God”!!!
And yes He is! I’ll end with that!!
Let us pray for Robin, Lauri and Kieth and also keep Ron Bernard in your prayers as he has cancer.
For God’s Glory Alone! AMEN! Sharon and I are thankful for you all! The Body of Christ coming together in prayer!

CUP of faith just for you!
Dear Family of our Lord Jesus Christ,
Thank you for coming by for a CUP! We love you so!
Last night I got a text from a man from Tennessee saying he needed inspiration! That is why we are here each day to serve our Lord by putting forth the CUP! AMEN! I pray that you find this inspirational for your days to come……….
Faith! How is your faith?
Sharon and I are growing in our faith, how about you? We have grown much since the Lord established us in FGGAM. Sharon is now sought out as a speaker more than her husband! Her message of encouragement in these times is what people are wanting to hear. God has anointed her to speak life into the lives of his people. She got another invite yesterday. Her message lifts people up, not pushing them down. Today as I was reading, praying, and listening to God……God showed me that the Daily CUP is my letter to fellow believers to share my testimony and that of others, like my angel Sharon. The Lord also has been showing me that FGGAM has become a multi-media ministry for the Lord. It has become more than the radio station I looked after for years. The Lord has given us TV, Radio, but even more than that a web site that is going over gang busters for God’s Glory Alone. But more important than this modern technology is that the Lord is sending me and Sharon out into the streets and roadways to minister to His people, whether that is in a Church, Hospital, in the gutter, like the other day, it isn’t always pretty stuff, but it is doing the work assigned us by our Lord Jesus Acts 20:24. I never dreamed that God would be doing this and reaching more and more people like this. Faith! He did tell me to leave the radio station and go out! Go and speak the word’s I give you and do the work I assign you, said the Lord.
Hebrews 11:8-12
It was by faith that Abraham obeyed when God called him to leave home and go to another land that God would give him as his inheritance. He went without knowing where he was going. And even when he reached the land God promised him, he lived there by faith—for he was like a foreigner, living in tents. And so did Isaac and Jacob, who inherited the same promise. Abraham was confidently looking forward to a city with eternal foundations, a city designed and built by God.
It was by faith that even Sarah was able to have a child, though she was barren and was too old. She believed that God would keep his promise. And so a whole nation came from this one man who was as good as dead—a nation with so many people that, like the stars in the sky and the sand on the seashore, there is no way to count them. (NLT)
Faith!
Many people are struggling with faith. They are struggling with the absolute truth of God’s Word. I love this prayer that Kenneth E. Hagin shares in his book, “The Believers Absolute Authority”
Hagin says that the turning point in his life was taking Eph 3: 14-17 and turning Paul’s name to “me”
Praying this way:
“For this cause I bow my knees unto the Father of my Lord Jesus Christ, Of whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named, That he would grant me, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit In the inner man; That Christ may dwell in my heart by faith….”
Hagin says that her grew more by praying this than in 14 years as a Minister.
We must have the spirit of the Lord in us and the revelation of Jesus Christ and His Word if we are to grow. It is not going to be imparted to us through our intellect, either! the Holy Spirit must unveil it to us!
People often want to know how to pray for fellow Christians. if you start praying Ephesian prayers for them, you’ll see results in their lives. pray them over yourself and family AMEN!
I just got a text from Mable while I am writing this, that her son Joseph is back on track PRAISE GOD! PRAISE GOD! PRAISE GOD! That is because of our Eph prayers for Joseph and Mable! AMEN!!!!!!!!!!
Hallelujah!
Today I also share the story of Abraham with you in the CUP, It is a story that many people need to revisit. Mary Fairchild does an excellent work in telling the story.
Just one more thing that I have to share, now when I sit to type the CUP I am getting email after email, from people in need or making a comment or sending me news information and also I get this beep from facebook that I am getting messages and then my phone goes off when I get text messages and also the phone rings. Just painting a picture for you of how my days are changing with the increase in need of ministry to people and how hard it is for people to pay attention to one thing, and that one thing is the work assigned you by our Lord Jesus Acts 20:24. The World is full of stuff and is falling apart with all that is going on and it is important for us to keep focused on what God has us doing. Imagine the life of people that do not fully believe! With all the moving parts in the world they do not know where to turn even to start their day they go through it haphazardly. God has called FGGAM to minister to this world we live in.
There are too many choices for people these days.
Let FGGAM be a filter from the World of “NOTHING NOISE” for you! visit us at www.fggam.org
Here is an update on Ron Bernard from his son Dan………..
Update: The surgery went well today. The tube is in and the jaundice is started to get a little better. He was hungry enough to eat a hamburger for dinner. It will be a couple of days before they know if everything is working correctly, but for now he is feeling better. Thank you all! The Power of Prayer is my testimony for tonight. God bless all of you and your loved ones! I’m going to bed.
A prayer request:
A young woman I know who is pregnant with her first child, needs to be lifted up. Her husband shared with me that she was just diagnosed with cancer. They need wisdom in knowing the right course of treatment which will be challenging considering the pregnancy. Thanks for your help on this one!

FAITH! AMEN!!!!
Abraham – Profile of Abraham the Old Testament Bible Character:
Abraham, the founding father of the Jewish nation of Israel, was a man of great faith and obedience to the will of God. His name in Hebrew means “father of a multitude.” Originally called Abram, or “exalted father,” the Lord changed his name to Abraham as a symbol of the covenant promise to multiply his descendants into a great nation that God would call his own.
Prior to this, God had already visited Abraham when he was 75, promising to bless him and make his offspring into an abundant nation of people. All Abraham had to do was obey God and do what God told him to do.
This marked the beginning of the covenant God established with Abraham. It was also Abraham’s first test from God, since he and his wife Sarai (later changed to Sarah) were still without children. Abraham demonstrated remarkable faith and trust, immediately leaving his home and his clan the moment God called him to the unknown territory of Canaan.
Accompanied by his wife and nephew Lot, Abraham prospered as a rancher and shepherd, as he made his new home surrounded by pagans in the Promised Land of Canaan. Still childless, however, Abraham’s faith wavered in subsequent times of testing.
When famine struck, rather than waiting on God for provision, he packed up and took his family to Egypt.
Once there, and fearing for his life, he lied about his beautiful wife’s identity, claiming she was his unmarried sister. Pharaoh, finding Sarah desirable, took her from Abraham in exchange for generous gifts, to which Abraham raised no objections. You see, as a brother, Abraham would be honored by Pharaoh, but as a husband, his life would have been in danger. Once again, Abraham lost faith in God’s protection and provision. Abraham’s foolish deception backfired, and God kept his covenant promise intact.
The Lord inflicted disease on Pharaoh and his family, revealing to him that Sarah must be returned to Abraham untouched.
More years passed during which Abraham and Sarah questioned God’s promise. At one point, they decided to take matters into their own hands. At Sarah’s encouragement, Abraham slept with Hagar, his wife’s Egyptian maidservant. Hagar gave birth to Ishmael, but he was not the promised son. God returned to Abraham when he was 99 to remind him of the promise and reinforce his covenant with Abraham. A year later, Isaac was born.
God brought more tests to Abraham, including a second incident when Abraham lied about Sarah’s identity, this time to King Abimelech. But Abraham underwent the biggest testing of his faith when God asked him to sacrifice Isaac, the promised heir, in Genesis 22: “Take your son, your only son—yes, Isaac, whom you love so much—and go to the land of Moriah. Go and sacrifice him as a burnt offering on one of the mountains, which I will show you.”
This time Abraham obeyed, fully prepared to slay his son, while fully trusting God to either resurrect Isaac from the dead, or provide a substitutionary sacrifice. At the last minute, God intervened and provided the necessary ram.
The death of Isaac would have contradicted every promise God had made to Abraham, so his willingness to perform the ultimate sacrifice of killing his son is probably the most strikingly dramatic example of faith and trust in God found in the entire Bible.
Abraham’s Accomplishments:
Abraham is the great patriarch of Israel, and to New Testament believers, “He is the father of us all (Romans 4:16).” The faith of Abraham pleased God.
God visited Abraham on several unique occasions. The Lord spoke to him numerous times, once in a vision and once in the form of three visitors. Scholars believe that the mysterious “King of Peace” or “King of Righteousness,” Melchizedek, who blessed Abram and to whom Abram gave a tithe, may have been a theophany of Christ (a manifestation of deity).
Abraham carried out a brave rescue of Lot when his nephew was taken captive after the Battle of the Valley of Siddim.
Abraham’s Strengths:
God tested Abraham severely in more than one instance, and Abraham demonstrated extraordinary faith, trust and obedience to the will of God. He was well-respected and successful in his occupation. He also had courage to face a powerful enemy coalition.
Abraham’s Weaknesses:
Impatience, fear, and a tendency to lie under pressure were a few of Abraham’s weaknesses revealed in the biblical account of his life.
Life Lessons:
One crucial lesson we learn from Abraham is that God can and will use us in spite of our weaknesses. God will even stand by us and rescue us from our foolish mistakes. The Lord is greatly pleased by our faith and willingness to obey him.
Like most of us, Abraham came to the full realization of God’s purpose and promise only over a long period of time and a process of revelation. Thus, we learn from him that God’s calling will usually come to us in stages.
Hometown:
Abraham was born in the city of Ur of the Chaldeans (present day Iraq). He traveled 500 miles to Haran (now southeast Turkey) with his family and stayed there until his father’s death. When God called Abraham, he moved 400 miles south to the land of Canaan and lived there most of the rest of his days.
Referenced in the Bible:
Genesis 11-25; Exodus 2:24; Acts 7:2-8; Romans 4; Galatians 3; Hebrews 2, 6, 7, 11.
Occupation:
As head of a semi-nomadic clan of herdsmen, Abraham became a successful and prosperous rancher and shepherd, raising livestock and farming the land.
Family Tree:
Father: Terah (A direct descendant of Noah through his son Shem.)
Brothers: Nahor and Haran
Wife: Sarah
Sons: Ishmael and Isaac
Nephew: Lot
Key Verses:
Genesis 15:6
And Abram believed the Lord, and the Lord counted him as righteous because of his faith. (NLT)

April 10, 2013. Are you excited about being a child of Abraham? My pulse quickens when I think that, like Abraham, I have been made righteous and will share in the blessings of Abraham my father. All I have to do is believe God and His word. My faith is not based upon the word of man. It is anchored in and rests upon God’s promises made to Abraham eons ago. That drives my mind and heart to be holy and to do good things that please both Abraham and the Father.
Galatians 3:8-9 (NASB) “The Scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the Gentiles by faith, preached the gospel beforehand to Abraham, saying, “ALL THE NATIONS WILL BE BLESSED IN YOU.” So then those who are of faith are blessed with Abraham, the believer.” Ras Robinson
