Dear family of our Lord Jesus Christ,
Instead of trying to find heaven on earth, we are asked to release heaven by living on earth. Mark Neop, Poet, Writer and Cancer survivor.
Thanks for stopping by for a CUP!!!!!
We love you all! Thanks for the love back!
I want to update you on Bessie! If you recall we asked for prayer for her on Friday. I want to share with you that my wife Sharon helped God save Bessie’s life, Sharon does not want to take any credit for this. Sharon was walking out of the clinic on Thursday night and heard moaning, looked around and there was Bessie laying on the ground as she suffered a major stroke. Time was not on Bessie’s side, but because of quick action by Sharon an RN and her co-workers who Sharon called to the parking lot and the excellent EMT’s from Rio Rancho Fire, Rust Hospital and University of New Mexico Hospital, and more importantly the movement of God, Bessie survived, and went through surgery! God putting people in place at the right time of need .Praise God! Please keep praying for Bessie! We pray continued healing for Bessie in Jesus name, Amen!
Let us pray for Diana Navarre, the lovely wife of Pastor Leonard. Diana will have thyroid surgery Tuesday morning. Please keep her in your prayers, we pray healing over Diana in Jesus name, Amen!

I love traveling New Mexico as an old circuit preachers for Jesus. This picture is taken near Datil, NM on our way home from preaching at the Baptist Church in Reserve, NM. It was a glorious day as Rick Stambaugh of FGGAM News gave his testimony to the folks in Reserve! PRAISE GOD! One of the blessings yesterday was that after the service, lunch was served and all the young people sat with Rick and I and they discussed with us their dreams and goals! WOW! Powerful stuff for Jesus! Go here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Datil,_New_Mexico
Pastor Dewey Note: Before we share a report from our Dear friend Tara Shaver, let me share this with you from Richard J. Foster from his book, “Celebration of Discipline”
Paul gladly announces that we are “co-laborers with God” that is, we are working with God to determine the outcome of events (1 Cor. 3:9) It is Stoicism that demands a closed universe not the Bible.
Godly words as we not only approach election day, but everyday of our lives.
Certain things will happen in history if we pray rightly. We are to change the world by prayer. What more motivation do we need to learn this loftiest human exercise?
Now here is Tara’s report:

“Seek the well being of the city to which I have sent you. Pray for it to the Lord. For in seeking its well being you shall find your own.“ Jeremiah 29:7
Yesterday I left very early to preach in Reserve, New Mexico and did not see the Sunday edition of the Albuquerque Journal until this morning. It saddens me greatly that the Journal is recommending a no vote on the late term abortion initiative, saying that city elections should be about concerns the city can meaningfully deal with. I am quoting their Sunday Editorial directly. Oh my, they do not understand do they! If we do not continue to stand for the sanctity of life, who will? The matter of murdering babies is a city concern, what awful thinking! As Albuquerque’s crime rate rages out of control with daily violence, The Journal had or still has an opportunity to speak out against the murdering of babies. By the way, New Mexico rates near the top, number 4 or 5 last time I looked a few months ago, in violent crime in the United States. Crime is out of control in Albuquerque and in the state. Pro-choicers have the $, Pro- Life has the motivation and the momentum.freebeacon.com/what-happens-i…
